I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from this company. I told them not to call me again, and was told, "I am going to keep calling you." After I hung up the phone, they called me right back.I looked up this company. They seem to be a collection agency. The person they ask for when they call is not me, nor is it even the same name. And I have zero debt except student loans, which are in good standing. Their harrassing calls have nothing to do with me and it must stop.Initial Complaint

I have a collection report and they refuse to send me the information through mail. They constantly call me and basically threatened me about the *********************** up my credit score. I try to talk to them on the phone but their tone is always condescending and degrading. They dont give much information on their company.Initial Complaint

This company has been harassing me and my children via phone calls over a person who we do not know. I have asked them several times to stop and they have the wrong phone numbers but the harassment continues. They have threatened with a law suit and said the server was outside our door and if we didn't admit the person they are looking for is here they were going to come inside. Again I told the woman that what she is saying is againt the law and stop calling THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. This company calls everyday over 10 xs. When I call the phone number no one answers. They are clearly running a scam trying to intimidate people whose debt they bought.Initial Complaint

I was seen in ************************ in ********* **. The clinic billed my BCBS insurance and I had a remaining balance due to them since they were out of network. My balance was around ****** dollars. The clinic itself tried to contact me about payments but at that time I couldn't arrange a payment plan due to financial hardship. I was sent to collections in which the collection agency did reach out to me and I offered to pay 25 dollars monthly in which they refused and stated it needs to be under their terms of 100 dollars monthly. I agreed to the arrangement and did automatic payments. Twice I did have a payment not process due to again financial hardship but I did call two days after and made payment and another time I made a double payment. After this issue the collection agency closed out my account and now my remaining balance is over 900 dollars. I do feel this is unfair treatment in the matter. I arranged a payment plan that they made me do and my account was brought down to about 300 dollars and now they want over 900 dollars. This isn't justifiable considering they already received over 550 dollars from me. I am fine with paying the remaining balance of $300 in increments of $25 as a monthly payment arrangement, but I shouldn't have to pay even more than what I owed. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.Initial Complaint
