Worst service center ever. You buy an expensive car then on top of that you purchase and over priced extended warranty and service plan. Your told that you wont be experiencing any costs for next 6 years except tires. Sound good its all a lie. The service center is there to make sure that you get charged excessively every time you come in. The warranty doesnt cover anything! Broken vent only goes left to right but not up or down. Evidently somehow I broke the mechanism all the way in the back which you cant even see. They dont know how but its my fault. This car is barely a year old. Have I used the vent yes, how did I adjust by sliding the piece back and forth up and down. Evidently this was more than it could handle and it should have just stayed in one place stationary. I wish I could say that is it. But *** also paid to replace a piece of the underside of vehicle that looks like the brackets holding it on just feel out. There was *********** again to the part. It just came loose and now I have to pay to fix it. Sensor Ive replaced. All in under a year. I take pride in my car and always make sure its in tip top shape and clean. There was zero abuse other than how the dealer is treating me! If you want to get taken advantage of go here. They will not honor a warranty to save their lives and they could care less about customer after purchase. I plan on spending at least $1k every time I bring car in even though I have the extended bumper to bumper warranty and service plan to 120k miles. ***** joke!Initial Complaint

I LEASED (ie: rented) a 2021 *** X5M Competition ($130,000) from Knauz *** January 2021, one of the 3 most expensive vehicles *** offers. In December 2021 I unfortunately hit a deer that caused about $10k in damage, to no ones fault. *** has been unable to fix my car due to no part availability. When asked what to do and for a solution, Knauz ***'s sales manager ************************* told me "you shouldn't have hit a deer" and that they have no responsibility to me and no reason to help me because "why is this our problem?" Additionally, they offered me ZERO support. They did not offer to be a liaison to *** NA, they did not offer to contact *** NA, answer questions, NOTHING. Was not offered a loaner, a rental, nothing. I have been forced to continue making my $1609/month lease payment with NO TIMELINE ON WHEN I MAY GET MY CAR BACK! *** can not provide me an estimated time of completion for my car, will not pause lease payments, will not replace my car, will not give me a rental. All I get from Knauz ***'s sales manager is to be yelled at on the phone and told its not their problem and I shouldn't have hit a deer. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I have been without a vehicle since December (4, going on 5 months with no end date), and am currently out $7,236 in lease payment expenses. They told me if I don't pay my lease they will send me to collections. The dealership WILL NOT take my car back or offer any help whatsoever. I must continue to pay for a vehicle that I am RENTING from Knauz and *** that I can not drive, and have no idea when I may be able to drive it again. I could be out an entire year of transportation while still paying for it. unacceptable and painful to my family.
