It is the worst experience and awful customer service. Our car is Benz ***** which had a recall part of brake so the car was not drivable since July , 2022. We started to rent a car from July 2022 till Feb 17, 2023 which was so inconvenience for our life. Except that, We paid over $5026 out of our own pocket to rent a car from Nov 12, 2022 till Feb 17, 2023. The worst part is that we still didn't get reimbursement check until today Feb 27, 2023. After patiently waiting over 4 months, they still told us it was under review today after providing all the required receipts as attached. During the past 4 months, we have contacted with service department for many times by email or by text message or by phone but still no solution. Every time the customer service told me that I will receive the check very soon but it never happened. We need someone to approve and mail out our reimbursement check as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

The van we purchased has been in the shop over 8 times since we purchased it. We have been having problems with it since we purchased it- The codes have been "misfire cylinder 1" It was last in the shop in May 2022. They replaced the fuel line and was there for over a month- and now again the check engine light came on stating three codes P030085, P030185, P042000. We need to get this vehicle fixed now. This problem has NEVER been taken care of correctly. Knauz ******** is no longer responding to our messages. We need to have someone take care of this immediately as the warranty is running out and the problem was never fixed. The van we purchased has been in the shop over 8 times since we purchased it. This van was purchased brand new- it is a 2019 MB ******************** we bought the vehicle the check engine light has gone on intermittently with codes P0300 and P0301 (Misfire)- to #1- The van was brought back to this dealership numerous times due to the check engine light going on- They were never able to pinpoint the problem- On 3/4 we were contacted by the shop manager Juliet ***** stating that the problem were the sparkplugs- The sparkplugs were replaced in October of 2021- she requested proof and proof was sent to her- Now on 3/4/22 she states that the van has a damaged coil and blamed us for damaging the coil- She stated that it would not be covered under the warranty- We responded that we have NEVER touched the coils and that if that was damaged it was damaged by one of their mechanics- The van needs to be repaired under the warranty- and the dealership needs to quit giving us the runaround- Complaint filed with ******** **** complaint # 2-26420636306
