      I hate to have to file another complaint, but once again, I am logging in, requesting a phone call to get a Secure Access Code, answering the call that comes in, waiting for a Secure Access Code, and then -- NOTHING. No voice, just dead silence. I have had this problem before and reported it. I had tried to receive it via text message, but that never worked even when I was a new member. Also, when I called in and spoke with the agent, she asked for a member number. If I was ever given a member number, I would have entered it in the information that I maintain from Consumers Credit Union. I was able to give a Social Security number, but she didn't even recognize me from the account number that I have recorded; I keep such information well stored and encrypted, so if something changed, I need to be informed about the change. At any rate, ny first concern is the phone call that gives not a sound. I have to ask about the customer number that was not issued to me. I have to ask how is it that she couldn't find my account from the account number that I have recorded. I am justifiably alarmed when so many things are not working and my recorded information doesn't seem to be valid. If I had at least the customer number and the valid account number, I might have an easier time, but it can't be that so much is out of order.

      My automatic payment has been canceled on their end 4 times in the past year, to this most recent infraction the ** threatened taking alternative actions, up to and including repossession. After making a payment a few days later online, almost 3 weeks later they have my vehicle repossessed and don't even inform me (which is ok direct violation of state law). Then, the police happen to catch the repo vendor for careless driving at midnight, which is how I found out it was being repossessed at midnight. The repo company is required by state law to provide me with copies of paperwork in reference to their ability to possess the vehicle and what steps to take next. The ** took almost 48 hours after my multiple calls to get any information from them regarding the process for my ability to reclaim my own property, which was late on a Friday so I was unable to complete anything. Their restrictions created a scenario where I couldn't get the steps completed until the next Monday, at which point the auto recovery agency sold my vehicle to an auto auction company, yet again violating state law and according to the credit union u known to them - the ** was creating a release notice for the repo company, not the auction company, so they apparently weren't even keeping tabs on the property supposedly used as collateral for their own loan. On top of that, they weren't ensuring they nor their colleagues involved in the process were following state laws, and cost me an additional $1,000 besides my entire day wasted tracking down my vehicle from various groups the ** didn't know had possession of the vehicle, as well as my required day off from work to travel over 200 miles round trip to return my own property back to me. The auto auction center even admitted nearly 90% of all their repossessions from this ** were found to be in violation with state law, very crooked actions that led to the vehicle ending up at the auction site, and property missing by the time it arrived at auction.
