1 starThis is a very mistrusting company. Their product like the BP6350 is worthless and inaccurate. Please don't believe their company promises on their products. If you ever have to call them they will proceed to keep you on the phone line for hours doing one test after the other just to wear you down and get rid of you. So good customers PLEASE use your money some where else other than this company products. My mother is stuck with a $ ***** product she can't use. This product is very weak and have to many other features to perform the job it needs to perform.Review fromMike K

1 starJust went for a ** check up and brought the Omron ** monitor, 3 series upper arm to the appointment. I was told by a nurse that the unit was reading excessively high and should return it. I called Omron, and the customer service *** insisted that we were measuring the ** wrong. I told her that a licensed healthcare professional measured my ** and compared it the Omron monitor. Now I am told I have to return the unit at my expense. The company will test the machine and determine if it is faulty. The customer service is horrible. I reiterated that a professional took my **. 1 starI own four Omron blood pressure monitors. They are consistently rated on the Internet as the best ** monitors on the market. They are not! A&D Medical (recommended by the **** and OXILINE (highest customer reviews for accuracy) are more accurate. When the Omron wrist monitor came out, I was delighted, and immediately purchased one. I especially liked that it measured blood pressure as it inflates instead of as it deflates. Since most of my family members have died of heart attacks or strokes, the accuracy of the ** monitor is extremely important to me.During the last few months my blood pressure began increasing. When it reached more than 200/110 (the Omron wrist monitor), and I was experiencing chest pain, I took nitroglycerin three times separated by about five minutes. My blood pressure didnt decrease, so I want to the emergency room. They found my blood pressure near normal and did many tests, including a nuclear treadmill test. They admitted me for a day and released me saying that my heart is fine and blood pressure is normal. I then checked the accuracy of the Omron blood pressure cuffs. They were astoundingly inaccurate, measuring as much as twenty to fifty points higher than my actual blood pressure. One of my Omron monitors measured only 10 to 20 points above my actual blood pressure. Im really disappointed in Omron ** monitors.Review fromNina B

1 starCompletely unethical company. I ordered a machine with expedited shipping and after waiting an entire week was finally informed the package had arrived. I could not find it. Checked mailbox, neighbors, leasing office, etc. Finally after an hour I called ***** only to be told that mid shipment the company had asked for the package with the machine to be delivered back to the point of origin. So the delivery noticifaction was just to tell me that the delivery had been back to the company itself. So I paid $50 to have the blood pressure machine shipped to its own company. Called the company and spent nearly an hour on the phone only to be told that they would try to refund me for the machine but they could not refund me the ***** for shipping. 1 starOrdered Omron ** Model **** and Model ** ****. The **** model reads enormously high and the **** model wont read at all because of the error message E1. Called Omron. The girl answering the phones on today 6/19/2023 about 11:00 CST kept saying things like you have the cuff either two tight or not tight enough. Then she says the cuff should be rolled a few times to work. I explained about the error message and she said ** getting the error because the cuff is not on my arm. I said it IS on my arm, how do you think Im getting the error message? I told her ITs NOT WORKING!. She then tells me the same foolishness about the other monitor. Then she tells me I can send in the monitors, but she cant guarantee when I will get it back or IF they can fix it? I told her how much money I spent on these two monitors and that its not right to be treated like this after spending money I barely have to get this. I got so frustrated I told her thank you, good bye. I need my ** monitors. I cant turn around and spend more money just because their product is defective. This is not right to do this to consumers. Im very frustrated! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OMRON AGAIN. Will get my doctors recommendation for a good one. He even compared and took my ** and saw how dramatically off these machines are. All my hard earned money down the drain. Im not through with this. I think this needs to go further. You will hear from us again. You are not standing behind you product. You give script to your customer service people because you can hear the papers rustling and their unsureness on what to say. Stop this nonsense. 1 starThe first Omron TENS unit we ordered came in a timely manner. It works ok, although the display is very faint and hard to see. We decided we wanted a second unit and a supply of gel pads. We placed the order on May 19. We didn't receive any email notification or tracking, so a week later we called. The guy we spoke with danced around our questions and said he'd look into our order. Another week later, after no communication from Omron, we called again on May 31 and spoke with a different guy. He was more forthcoming and told us the TENs unit was in stock, but that the gel pads were on back-order. He actually sent a follow-up email that day, but then another week of silence. We had suggested to Omron that other vendors send the items that are in stock and then send the back-ordered items when available. Now another week and no further communication from Omron. We just called again, June 7, for the third time, this time to cancel our order. The gal we spoke with said the gel pads were still on back-order and she had no info on when they would be available. When we said we wanted to cancel our order, she said she couldn't do that because the order had been placed. She suggested we just refuse the shipment. Our opinion is that this company needs to review it's business practices, but we're done dealing with them!Review fromBrian S

I just purchased an Omron BP7000 from BestBuy. I take it home and download the Omron app. I create an account in the Omron app. The app wants to verify my email prior to logging in but it never sends the email. I talk to support and they asked me to contact my email provider (Yahoo) to resolve the issue. The support rep refuses to activate my account. The BP7000 is useless without the app. So I just spent $80.00 on junk.If you are going to make an app and require email signup the company should make sure their sending email is whitelisted.Omron Healthcare, Inc.

It seems as though your email provider has blocked the emails we are sending you for verification. Whitelisting an email involves telling your email provider that you want emails from that sender to be allowed into your inbox rather than being filtered into spam. Not being able to whitelist email senders renders you unable to get notifications when you receive important emails that you need to read. 1 starSupport policy is poor at best. BP7100 monitor displays low readings ie. 107 over 51, pulse rate 40.. Similar readings when used on three other people. I sent it to Omron, at MY cost (They won't pay it) just to be told it's not broken. Their diagnostics on it says it's good but no one at Omron ever tried to verify the problem by using it when it arrived. I asked to have the unit just swapped out and sent to me but I'm told their policy is to send it back to me, start the troubleshooting again with them and if it's bad I would have to send it back to them again, at MY cost again, and then they will send me a new one. I could buy a new one for the cost sending the same broken one back TWICE. In my case I'm buying the same unit at twice the original cost. Their policy has you spending more money on a unit you already own that's under warranty. Don't buy Omron, their pseudo support policy will cost you more money for the same unit THAT DOES WORK! Never again
