The completed work is beautiful, and the size is perfect, for a child. My husband and I took ***'s word that the corner shower size would be perfect for both of us. It was until they put on the shower doors. When I use the tiny shower, my elbows hit the walls and I must be careful not to open the shower door when I turn to use my shower rail. The water flow is great, but I can't take a long shower because it's so tiny my claustrophobia kicks in. **** came and stood inside, and you could tell he saw how limited his movements were when he stood in the child-sized shower with the door closed. His next response was "we install these types of bathrooms twice a year." I have no idea what that has to do with me and the size of my shower. A few days later, his supervisor, *********, called stating they would be able to redo the shower at a cost and would call back in a week with an estimate. It's been three weeks, and no one has called. They have been paid in full and there is no outstanding balance. I suggest using a company other than Modern ReBath.

We are although sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finished size of your shower space. Upon reviewing your layout of your bathroom this was in fact the largest size neo-angle shower that would fit in the space you have available to change your tub to a shower. Everything that was completed was done to according to the specifications in your signed agreement. I know you have listed in the review that our Operations Manager said we do 1-2 of these a year but in actuality we do 1-2 a month. They are a popular shower size and shape with people that have very limited room in their bathroom for their wet area. You have a wall next to where the old bathtub was that could not be altered. You referenced that it had been 3 weeks but we did visit your home on July 11th and you met with our Operations Manager and then you spoke to our office manager last week to review over the conversation and findings from his visit to your home. We are happy to work with you to look at other options although with the space you have available we are dealing with very limited options. We look forward to speaking with you soon to help resolve any further concerns.

***** did a great job. Arrived when he said he would. Made sure I was aware of what was being done and how long it would take. Kept work area Neat and cleaned up each evening before leaving.
