HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS...to have the need to replace a sewage pump in my basement, and the service technician quoted me $1550 and then tried to upsell me an alarm system for another $400+. It cost me $49 to have them come out, but I quickly found another reasonable service to do the exact same job for HALF! (easy job it was..) The technician also mentioned on his way out, if I paid the $49 show up fee, I would get a invoice highlighting labor and material cost...FALSE STATEMENT. Their office instructed me they do not do this and they only give one fee and don't break it down. Probably because consumers can see the overinflated cost in both labor and materials. I am sure they have qualified people, but also figure higher end homes won't think twice at being ***** for services. I am not looking for the least experience, but I don't like being taken advantage of either...Sad...as I wanted to establish a good plumbing services for my local home as I am a new home owner.Review from ron B

Very dissatisfied! This company is expensive, deceptive and manager is rude and combative. We were charged $506 for a hose faucet replacement - a $50 part at ******. The work itself took under a half hour. Neither the manager nor the installer would give ** a breakdown of parts, labor, mileage or tax. We signed off on the $506 thinking we would still be charged for a service call and mileage (*********** to **********) if we refused. When we complained to the manager, we were told we should have installed it ourselves! He also insisted we were told upfront there would be no service or mileage charge. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!Would not recommend this company!!!Review from Terrence L

**** and ***** did an excellent job. **** took the time to explain each step and gave us tips on use of the products. We would highly recommend both of them. We would request them again for any additional service needs.
