My car was damaged and needed to be fixed. So I paid this business $6,000 in total I have the receipt of the remaining balance I owed was $2,000. The business released my car under violations. I have no seatbelts (driver and passenger side), airbag, or rear view mirror, and my windshield isnt fixed from the cracks. When I arrived at the shop with my first down payment the mechanic told me he can fix my car he even showed me a car that was totaled and said he can fix that. So I had confidence that my car would be fully fixed! Nothing is fixed but the engine and body work. Its not fair that I paid money and didnt get a finished job done. I have to worry about my childs safety and my vehicle isnt safe to drive.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: when I brought my car in they said they can fix it and he didnt tell me at the time I didnt need anything else for the car. The only thing he talked about was the motor. When you take a car into a shop they tell you everything that is wrong with it and you go from there. I spent $6,000 on a car I cannot drive! This is unprofessional and very inconvenient because I cannot drive! I been professional and patient I been waiting for months since February 2022 and my car wasnt ready until September and thats when I found out the airbags,seatbelts, and rear view mirror wasnt fixed.

*************** to the letter that you wrote regarding my dissatisfied client, but she has no evidence that she delivered the car to ** as a workshop and what was done to her car because the car came to us through her cousin who works in the building and when she came to pick up the car she signed as you can see in the receipt that she has and I sent as proof that I agreed with the car how it was delivered if not I would not have signed in agreement and when she framework for the air bags to be fixed was an extra cost that she had to pay and she never said about the glass that it would be fixed, the estimate that her cousin gave was only to fix the knocks on the car on the outside, replace paint the car in the damage and then the motor was damaged and it was replaced which she paid for this she cannot make a claim when she does not have a form to claim without a resent that states that my business did not comply with what was agreed on because she did not deliver the The car denied me but the car came to me from third parties.
I await a response and the understanding that we cannot believe only what the client says without any proof or I sent the same response that she has.
