Global lending services had my car repossessed by Donerite recovery services and I was told that my belongings would not be hard to retrieve and that I had time to get them. I believed what I was told and didnt attempt to retrieve my items from my car until I paid my car off to get it back. I called Donerite recovery services yesterday to find out all of my stuff was destroyed weeks ago!!! I was not contacted by either Donerite or Global lending services that my time was up or that this had been done. It was over $7000 worth of stuff in my car including my license plates. They had no excuse for what had been done neither company is working with me I keep getting hung up on Im so confused and hurt I had a necklace that my uncle who passed away gave to me in the car it was worth everything. I cried all yesterday until morning I lost a lot over this car situation I want them to pay for what they done.Initial Complaint

My car was impounded and I paid the money it to be released today 12-1-2022 done right recovery told me I had to make an appointment 4 days from now to pick my vehicle up I do not have the money for them to keep charging towing fee after my vehicle was already released to me and I have the money today and they are trying to make me pay 4 days when I have had my vehicle paid and released to meInitial Complaint

My car was repossessed. I called the bank settled my debts. This occured 11-23-22. The bank verified that my debts were settled and the car was clear to be released. This company will not let me come and retrieve my vehicle without an appointment. This poses and major issue for me since I have 2 small children that rely on me for transportation. I can not afford to pay any storage fees acrued throughlout the weekend of thanksgiving and following days. The car was towed 11-23-23 at 12:55 am. I called the bank and settled everything by 12pm. I do not think thats its fair that I have to wait for a vehicle when all I have to do is put the keys in the ignition and drive out the lot. I would like to get my vehicle as soon as possible. This is fraud to hold on to a persons vehicle just because they dont have appointment. I have baby seats and firearms inside of the vehicle they wouldnt even let me get those items by themselves without an appointment. I work a schedule as a truck driver where I cannot make these so called appointments. I would like my car delivered back to address of repossession at my expense and I would like all of my belonging not missing. Subwoofer sound sytem, 1 firearms baby car seats. Also the bank has forwarded over form of release for my vehicle.
