I told them that I was no longer interested in getting furniture from them and they told me no refunds. I dont understand how when it was no money put down for the items and I was going to be charge when they deliver the items. I still refused delivery but now Im concerned that they are still going to try to put it on my credit even though I dont have otBusiness response

Good afternoon this is ***************************, floor manager. This message is is in response to the complaint from *********************. I spoke with the store manager at Furniture Rugs Outlet and he mention that the customer called several day after purchase and said that she wanted to cancel her order. When the store manager her concern he explained to her the store policy of "All sales are final no refunds or returns" this policy is stated on the bottom of the sales receipt and the response he was given from ********************* was ok and he didn't hear anything else from the customer from that point. I contacted the customer today ******** to review her order and possibly offer a discount on her order in an attempt to keep our business with ********************* but she did not pick up, so I left a voicemail with my name ******* and number to contact me at ************. I have not hear from the customer since leaving the voicemail this afternoon 04-25-22. Also i attached a physical copy of the contract that shows the customers signature agreeing to the terms of "All sales are final no refunds or returns". Any additional questions or concern feel free to respond to this message.

I purchased a bed set for my daughter that has cancer. Her box spring broke and she called to see if they would replace it on 2/7/22, the answer was NO. Remind you I purchased this set in October 2021. Why is her mattress inside the box spring. She scared to sit or lay on her bed. I pay this company $400 a month. Nobody said anything about a warranty. My purchase is less than a year. I want her box spring REPLACED with NO CHARGe. A better quality one. Not like the ones in the pictureBusiness response

Hello,
We have delivered this a very long time ago and had no issues with this set before, now the customer is stating she has an issue I just checked with our claims department but she never submitted a claim, regardless of the fact I will reach out to the customer tomorrow to help resolve the issue.

I am rejecting this response because:no one has reached out to me to resolve it. My number is *************. Nobody told me to put a claim in when I called. I have a damaged bed spring. Not all are perfect.

Good afternoon this is message is to inform the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that we are resolving the compliant received by the customer. I *************************** reached out to ************* today March 14,2022 at 2:30pm to resolve the compliant and came to a resolution with the customer *************. She agreed for our store to redeliver as well as replacing said box spring also upgrading the box spring on March 16,2022. The customer ************* accepted and agreed the resolution I presented to her. Any additional questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
