4/19/2023 Proposed delivery of fruit basket Basket delivered around 11AM - 12PM, left outside on porch, driver claims to have spoken with recipient - *********************, she never received a call or voicemail, she was at work. Basket stayed outside until approximately 4PM - as a result gnats were swarming the basket. Phoned store and asked it be re-delivered to an address of ********************, where someone would be home all day to accept. Store first agreed to redeliver, then next day said "no" because driver spoke to *****. He did not speak to her or leave a message. ****** claimed she said to leave the basket there and a neighbor would retrieve. There is no neighbor, as the house next to hers is vacant as the owner is deceased.A request for full refund of $97.43 be issued to the purchaser/sender (***********************) - Order# W1008665081-1 Spoke with Corporate this morning, and they said they cannot issue a refund. Driver called this morning (4/21/2023) and claims he delivered to wrong address and wanted to deliver today. That is not acceptable, as that is still an untruth - he left it on porch of correct address - I sent corporate a picture of it outside. I do not trust anything coming from this store, as i fear the product may now be tampered with, in retribution of the refund request. Corporate is now calling the store again, and claims they will call me back.I want a full refund issued to ************************Please reach out to me for additional information **************.
