On 05/31/23 I rented a room at Travelodge. After about 3am 6/1/boyfriend got up to use the bathroom and woke me up and said he saw a ***** on the sink by the bathroom. I got up to see, but it was gone so it was too late to take a picture. We immediately got up shook our clothes out and left the room. We went down and reported what happened to the front desk employee. I asked for a refund, and he said only the manager could help me with that. He took down my information and said the manager would be in after 8am. I called to speak to the manager and was told he would be in after 10am. I then called back but the manager was not there, I was told, and that he would be there in 20mins. I called back, same answer. The last call I made on 6/1/23 I was told he wasnt coming in and that h*** be in the next morning around 11am. Once again I called and Im getting the run around.Business response
