Absolute no words to describe such the disgust of corporate having to use policies with such a gap to allow them to get their generated income in the millions by nickel and diming these charges that one can pay and not have voice for who do you talk to when trying to square away a charge to my account for a stay in their hotel, like Travelodge by Wyndham in ********. Travelodge says Expedia is who to contact, and Expedia says it with hotel directly both pointing fingers at each other turning their heads and not making a simple little discrepancy based on their ways of pointing out policies that make no sense when your making the reservation, I might have done it within the 24 hours on the day of, being I paid for a stay at cheaper price I did email and cancel, but since phone was stolen and 2 types of verification required to retrieve email account, one is password which is easily remembered, 2nd is text or call number on phone, which I don't have, so this way if verifying my email to them cancelling is not at this very moment something I can prove, but when things like this happen, and hardships are in works and displacement regards to housing finding a safe place for just a day, million dollar corporations that sleep well every day can't seem to own up to a pennies value based on their income in correcting what any humble, human with empathy as a ********* would do, they act as if their robots, and allow A I to just make decisions instead of being what their purpose as a walking, living, breathing human **** sapien would do. How to make society make common sense be used as it used to, because today's norm is far from it. Not enough engagement with voice communication, the stupid question is the one not asked! So make of it of what you think! My name is ***** ****************** and I have no affiliation with Expedia nor Travelodge by Wyndham, don't know the fine print in legal matters just want everyone to know how this can add up to the billions companies can make

**************** decided to bar me from booking here (after being a consistent customer for over a month) because during TWO of my stays I encountered TWO rats in my room. I reported the issue to the ****************** I reported the issue on the first day only to management, who offered no refund, no discount, and no Sorry for inconvenience! just proceeded to tell me to check out or pay for another room. The second occurrence happened a few days later in a different room. I brought it to managements attention once again. No accountability and no accommodation other than telling me to go to another hotel and they were gonna call someone to verify my claims.

Worst customer service ever. To s tart with, I booked their room from Expedia, and what attracted me is 2 things: Free, breakfast and out door swimming pool. 1. I booked a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking, they were so rude about it, as if it is ok to for me as a non smoker to sleep all night in a smoking floor/room 2. In Expedia.com (where I booked) it is clearly stated that they have a swimming pool, when I went to swim, I was surprised to find it closed, and not for a day or week, it looks like it has been closed for months if not year, it looks all broken, dirty water, etc and when i asked the receptionist, he said it was never open.3. Again in Expedia.com, where it says they offer Free breakfast, i was surprised to be informed that there is no breakfast offered when I asked about it in the morning. 4. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly, and not willing to help.
