Yes my car was repo in front of my house with some of my items still there when I went to retreated the items from the car they was gone and I know what was there and they damaged the car going threw the car a lot of my personal items and they refused to replace them backInitial Complaint

Done Rite Recovery Services has repossessed my vehicle. I've contacted every other party involved and have paid where appropriate. I am unable to reach this company by phone despite multiple attempts. They direct you to an online form to schedule an appointment. Today is 1/12/24. The soonest I was able to schedule an appointment is 1/17/24, and I am to understand that I will be charged for this storage time. I do not understand why I am being charged extra for this company's inability to perform the services expected of them in a timely manner. I could recover my vehicle now and save the storage fee, but I am not being allowed to do so. This is unreasonable.I would pay this company, but they have not contacted me.Initial Complaint

This is a tow truck company that only function on appointments. They will can your appointment so they can keep changing you to pick your vehicle up they have canceled me two days in the row so they can rack up The money they charge. They also refuse to give me a number on the storage fee and made on up once i complained of how rude they are.Initial Complaint

I paid for my car to be released from the vendor but they are saying in order for me to get my car I have to make an appointment to pick up my vehicle 4 days from now and they are trying to charge me stairage fees after my car has been released please this is ridiculousInitial Complaint

They stole personal items out of my car and forced me to sign paperwork prior to receiving my property. They have Cameras in the office that show you how they handle customers. they lie and say they will contact you back but they never do. My son had a offroad RC car and the remote was stolen from the trunk of my car when they repossessed my car. I informed them and they told me to contact my loan provider and file a report which i did and they said they will see if they have it but they never contacted me back.
