      They did not solve my issue after showing them a medical report on how to solve it. I went back and asked again to solve with medical information and they refused

      Although my original conversation went well, my prescription got messed up and they were unwilling to rewrite my prescription or call the pharmacy to fix the problem. I called the help line and the lady I was speaking with was very rude and unhelpful. I will never use this business again. They kept saying they would do nothing to fix the problem unless I paid for another consultation. They just want money and do not care about their patients.

      Hello *******, we are sorry for your experience. I understand that you are looking for a year of your prescription filled however our policy allows just up to 90 days supply and any refill require a consultation. That is our policy that we adhere to and I believe we are one of the cheapest telemedicine platform in the market. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. We provided you with 90 days supply prescriptions per the visit that you paid for and we are expecting our patients to pay our providers so we can keep our practice running at low cost for all patients.

      They are the best. ***************** has treated me on several occasions and he is knowledgeable as well as kind. Very efficient and simple to use. He called my husband and I right back. I do not hesitate because some doctors never call back but he is very responsive and always gives the right advice and treatment.

      So this business should really change its name. I just left them a terrible review thinking they were TelMedFirst. That's probably why you guys are getting bad reviews. People are confused by the close name

      I believe this is a good doctor and excellent service, compared to all that I have seen all over ******* and surrounding. It's a pity that there are not many like this.Friendly attitude, not focused on high cost for their exceptional service.Honest and sincere smile you will find here, they're not pretending just for you to see a smile.I'm really grateful for the service they offered **** had to drive 1 hour to get to the destination address, but satisfide for doing it.

      They just want your money & will ***. They ***d to get me to schedule an appointment and pay. I specifically called the ph# first to ask if the doctors prescribe ivermectin for long haul covid & if so-If anyone in my state (**) were able to get them filled. They said yes, of course. So, I scheduled, met with doctor who also said yes, he prescribes that drug for LH covid often. He then submitted the prescription with no illness/reason filled in. I called the pharmacy the next day & asked why I hadn't been contacted & he said the doctor left the reason for the script blank & I had to contact them to tell them to correct that-They were suddenly hesitant to put LH ***** as the reason, I told him he had to & had told me there would be no issue, so, what's the problem? Problem, I cannot find a pharmacy to fill the script as the pharmacists are given way too much power to overrule a *********** personal adult decisions. Obviously the 800# is in *****

      Hello, thanks for getting back to us. After reviewing your chart, we see that you talked with a doctor and got your prescription. Not sure why do you complain? Doctor was very specific if you are ok with the Prescription or not and you agreed. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

      Also another comment here, your visit was more than 3 months ago why did you wait all of that to get back to us however we offer free follow up for seven days after every visit.
