$500 (AUGUST 12-2023)$5,091.00 (AUGUST 19-2023) ******************- promised a running vehicle that would pass inspection.The day someone picked up the phone on 11/4/2023- my wife had dialed making our number private. In the conversation we had on 11/4/2023 a person at the dealership stated that they would gladly look at the photos. That they would see how to solve this issue. As of 11/07/2023, the dealership continues to ignore my calls. In an email they sent back claiming the photos attached could not be open. Dismissing completely the fact that undercarriage damage was never disclosed during the sale. The listing showed a flawless vehicle with low enough miles to justify the purchase. Their email also states that NOW THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GUARANTEE THE BODY OF A 15 YEAR OLD USED VEHICLE. That this vehicle was in an area where salt and snow are common and thanked me for my business. (this email was sent to me from **************************** on 11/6/2023 at 2:43 pm. 2 days later after the phone call with them.)This vehicle as you can see is not only uninsurable but it is also a liability on the road. This vehicle is a hazard to myself, my kids, and any other person on the road. The vehicle was listed on their site and showed no damages, nor mention of any of the damage on the undercarriage. We have been suffering through a difficult time since my wife had an auto accident. This vehicle was to replace what we lost in order to transport my children to their weekly autism programs.Initial Complaint

In November, I bought a Land Rover from their sister dealership (owned by the same shady guy). The rear moon roof glass was cracked so the owner of the business agreed to fix the roof, and the GM Ulysses, signed the sales contract stating this. I brought it back 3 weeks later and dropped it off to be fixed. Between that day and now, I've called them 74 times, and I have been ignored or hung up on every time. I did some research and it turns out the vehicle still has a lien on it because the previous owner didn't pay off their finance loan. So they illegally sold me a car. I've technically "owned" the car for 10 months. However, I've only had it in my possession for 27 days, while they've had it for 266 days, STILL NOT FIXED. I was finally able to get a hold of Jimmy, and he assured me they had the title in hand. I said I just want my money back and he said they could do that. However, he's now dodging my phone calls again and Googling them this morning shows them as permanently closed
