On November 2, 2022, I contracted to have a shower installed with Luxury Bath Technologies. I agreed to pay cash for a discount. The bank was closed, so I agreed to give them a $1000 check to bind me and they promised to tear up the check the next day when I paid the $6,021.00 down payment in cash. The following day I paid the cash down payment. I called afterwards and was assured they tore up the check. On November 18, 2022 they cashed the check. The back of the check contains no endorsement, so someone knew they were stealing.Business response

The tub was converted to a walk-in shower on Friday August 4,2022, that evening I discovered the the temperature fixture k*** only turns half way between cold and hot, therefore creating a Lukewarm shower. The k*** should turn all the way to hot just like it turns all the way cold. I called the installer and told him. He said the other installer will call and come by a fix it Saturday august 6th. Im complaining because Im tired of all of the delays, cant reach the office manager, and when she decides to corresponds its a text that she can send but not receiving my responses because its an office phone.Business response

I signed a contract with luxury bath 4-4-2019 to have a walk in tub installed in my home. The company came out removed the old tub and installed their walk in. The jets on the tub worked for around 1 month. I called the company and they came twice to replace the pump. The company hired an electrician to fixed an issue, they came five times and still haven't fixed the issue. Now they are ignoring my calls completely and I have had an unworking tub for the last 5 months. They also sent someone to replace the pump on the tub twice to no avail. I was told the entire tub needed to be replaced and the company is refusing to do so even with a lifetime warranty. I believe this tub was defective from day one. They also never put a trap on the pipe which in return caused plumbing issue.Business response

Hello,
Our consumer relations representative has record of a few calls with **************** attempting to assist him. He has been attempting to provide documentation to the representative via fax, however that was not working so they agreed to have the information mailed. We are actively working with **************** to assist him in his resolve.
