Traded in a vehicle my agreement with dealer was to payoff vehicle not including my gap refund in deal Vw Credit and dealership took my refund cancellation gap money and applied to payoff that wasnt agreed.i clearly stated dont include my gap refund or no deal ****************** is being hostile and nonchalant about my gap cancellation refund on trade. Vehicle and hasnt made any attempts to contact me on a resolution and is avoiding calls due to there monitoring there caller ID I emailed payoff letter and there still trying to not release my funds Volkswagen drive easy electrocally sent them my refund 6/17/2024 and I was told by drive easy I was intitles to funds because gap refund purchase had nothing to do with a deal or sale product was purchased separately ***** was rude said he was told I called numerous of time I dont care if it was million give me my money Iam mad that I choose to deal with them again first deal they did paperwork incorrectly 2 time they squared up again I told my husband let not do the deal cause 2 time documents was squared then they had to email me documents to sign a 3rd time again the whole process was a bunch of bs and I will never ever do business with them Ill rather pay a higher interest rate to someone else and get better service and protect my peace I just want my money that is owed to me

Volkswagen sold my friend the car, they were supposed to leverage my credit as a cosigner, but the bank told them to put me first and they didn't share that information with me. It was the worst car deal ever, but I didn't care because it wasn't for me. Now I'm stuck with this car, and I can't get my friends name off until a year or so when I'm able to refinance. They are a bunch of liars with no morals and unethical. Do not finance with VW credit and better yet, don't even buy a VW.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!! I try to see my financial information around one year!!!!! Nobody help me , I called 30 times , sent emai - didn't help

I leased 2 Jetta's and Volkswagen Credit handled my vehicle disposition (return) so unprofessionally. I had my vehicle inspection and I was told my car would need new tires. The day that I returned my Jetta I bought brand new tires then drove straight to the dealership to return my Jetta. I gave the dealership my receipt for the tires and I also emailed the receipt to the email provided to me by Volkswagen. Two weeks later I received a bill for $900 and there was $480 charge for tires even though I bought tires. I called Volkswagen credit and had to speak with two different representatives and a supervisor. The supervisor said he would remove the cost of the tires and credit them plus discount my disposition fee. He told me the new disposition fee would be $128 instead of $395. When I got my new bill the disposition bill was $290 so I called again but was told I must have misunderstood. The only misunderstanding is that I trusted the supervisor and should have told him to email me the new amount. Volkswagen does not stand by their cars, customers or their word.

I have been trying to transfer my title since January from MA to ** and no one is doing their job. I did my part, the *** in ** did their part Ive called VW Credit 3 times. Was told they never got the paperwork then was told I would be getting a phone call in 3 days with a tracking number for my title and never got anything. Instead got an email with the initial paperwork to bring to the *** which I already did BACK IN JANUARY. Now on top of that they think Im going to pay excise tax for MA **** I dont even live there and then have to try to hound VW for money back??? No. They never even used the money I gave them for my excise tax in 2021 I had to fight with them for 2 MONTHS to get that straightened out. Here we are again. Ive had nothing but issues with this company they are AWFUL. And should be sued and shut down.

I've had VW's for 11 years...never again. I've been working with VW Financial and trying to get my payments fixed since Sept. of 2023 when they called and told me my car was going to be re-possessed if I didn't pay them $1,800!!!!! I cried!! I checked and sure enough I made the payments where they went was their problem But I paid them the $1800 because I didn't want my car re-possessed.. Then they said just "send us your Bank statements showing the payments were made". Oh but I had to fax them could not upload...so I did. When I called them in 2 weeks they said "Oh that's not proof". WTH???? Get your bank to send letters stating we were paid. Did that. Called back in 2 weeks...yes they received the letters and they would credit my account. Didn't happen. It's now March 2024. Meanwhile they are adding on late charges in the hundreds.I have spent hours and hours trying to get this resolved to no avail. Very frustrating to say the least. If you talk to one person and explain everything the next time you call you get another person who doesn't know what the heck you are talking about...not notes on the file. What happened??? Never had a problem until 2023. Is there any recourse available? Do I have to eat the $1800?? If I could give them NO stars it would be what they deserve!!

Not even worth the one star I was a victim of identity theft they know that it is fraudulent contract the information that was furnished is to be true and incorrect. Talk to the dealership the person that approved the contract he had nothing to say talk to Volkswagen credit filed a dispute they denied it so they could see no fraud I don't know what's wrong with them I never purchased the car I never took possession of the car I never submitted any of my information nor was I there with my co-borrower that I don't even know I never submitted any information as far as my income power of attorney guardianship anything for them to have my name on a contract that was filled out online with the co-borrower do not go there read the reviews I was cammed I was robbed in my ID this happened in last September I just found out about a month ago that I had a car my name the dealership never even met me yet they allowed two individuals to go into their dealership and proceed to purchase a car with my name as the borrower changed my address on the application to get credit all the other loan companies rejected it except for Volkswagen credit what does that tell you they know what they're doing

Still has yet to send the title and has created a HUGE hassle for me. I paid them off yet they still kept reporting me as delinquent knocking my credit down over 140 points. I cannot obtain a mortgage right now, my credit card company dropped me, and they have not offered an apology or any help towards taking off delinquent and wrong information. They have violated me under the federal Law 15 U.S.C. 1681-1681x which is for consumers and reporting correct information. This company is *******, ruthless, unprofessional and I have had customer service laugh in my face during a medical crisis and natural disaster. I cannot warn people to protect themselves from this illegal and harmful practices of this credit company enough. They have destroyed my credit making me spend days and countless hours trying to find solutions with the major credit bureaus. They have taken my time, sanity, dignity and credit I was building for years away from me and regardless of being paid in full, has not released the title in months.

I would NEVER recommend anything Volkswagen. I was a loyal customer for years. Even referred family and friends who made purchases. Never again! You can purchase at your own risk!!

Does anyone have vw credit ***** federal ein number???Everytime I call they place me on hold or call hangs up. I need it for tax purposes! Help!!!
