The staff was unprofessional. When I arrived on Wednesday July 10,2024. The staff stood in the side room for *********************************** while the bell to call for assistance was behind the desk beside the printer. She didnt come to assist until she heard another staff walk in and she runs to the front. I get checked in. I noticed there was no tissue shampoo conditioner and the small soap. I also noticed no ironing board or iron. So Im very frustrated at this point. I go to shower and there is no shower curtain. Now Im ready to leave. I pack my suitcase grab my things and go to the front desk she stated no refunds. I requested the manager she called the manager and the manager was irritated because we called her and proceeded to take my bank card info to act as if she giving a refund. She gave me a receipt that listed adjustment but I never received my refund. The staff was very rude and unprofessional.Initial Complaint

Moldy room, screaming guests, disrespectful front desk people. Only stayed 1 week out of 4 and was not given any refund.Man in unmarked van followed my wife around the building and kept making inappropriate comments to her when I was on a work trip. I come back and I am not keeping my wife and I in a place that is unsafe.I need a refund for this moldy and dangerous establishment, of which I needed to leave for our own safety!
