      DO NOT go to the service center 5/7/24. I made the appointment earlier in the week for 9:30am to have my PCV valve checked and replaced because that was the diagnostic codes received from the car..As I dropped the vehicle I was told that a full diagnostic would need to be completed because those codes mean nothing and the check engine light could be because of anything. I'm already getting the vibes of being prepped to be taken advantage of. But I begrudgingly agree,i needed to get to work and they would update me. Nothing by lunch I called and was told they are in the middle of the diagnostics they'll update me once completed I call again at 2:30 still not having heard from them. I was told again that they are in the middle of the diagnostics.. I made it clear that I was not looking for a point to point inspection and only wanted the emissions systems checked, per the diagnostics codes. I was told again how those don't mean a single thing. I was referred to the manager I was hung up on while on hold.. I explained the situation and asked how long a diagnostic takes and he said "2,3,5 hours." For a PCV valve? his reply "who told you that was it" I explain that was the car diagnostic codes and again was told they mean absolutely nothing. I asked how long the repairs will take after inspection because i need it by 4pm.. He replied with "***** hours. Should we not pull your car in and diagnose it?" like I am bothering them by asking them to do their job. I asked him to clarify what he meant by pull it in if it's in the middle of diagnosis. he stammered something about how the technician is working on multiple cars. I just received a call back confirming it was the purge valve, and the total will be $820 dollars. I confirmed with him that he was charging me $600 in labor. He explained $200 for the part, $200 for an hour diagnosis (right..) and $400 in labor. For a purge valve that is not a complicated repair. I do not like being lied to nor taken advantage of.

      We have purchased several cars/trucks from NAPLETON Ford. We have always had amazing experiences at this dealership. I would highly recommend our salesperson *********************. The moment we walked into the dealership, *** was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle.*************************** (finance) explained everything with great detail and took time to review and answer any questions we had. It was a pleasure working with ******.

      We purchased a 2010 Mustang on 5/7/2022. It was not an As is Vehicle. Have made many dealership used car purchases in the past and have never had any issues. We have put ***** miles on this vehicle since purchasing. It is *********** and not used in the winter. So far we have had repairs totaling $2,662.60. Complete rear brake job, coolant leak and fuel tank leaking. If this vehicle was inspected correctly prior to selling these issues would have been noted. I feel we were deceived into thinking we had a trustworthy vehicle purchased from a trustworthy dealership. I was very mistaken. We did not get this vehicle at a low ball price. I felt we should be given some compensation for these expenses but the dealership refused. My advice would be for people to steer clear of this misleading dealership.

      I wouldnt think to go anywhere else for any of my vehicle needs. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything and went *** with a breeze! *****, ***** and Gio are a stellar team!

      Napleton Ford are amazing people to deal with. Their professionalism and helpfulness is what leads me back each time I buy a car. I have personally bought 2 cars from them; and bought 3 for my father. They go above and beyond each and every time to ensure my satisfaction. Napleton Ford is a pleasure to do business with!

      They advertise vehicles on their website at a price several thousand dollars less than they are willing to sell them for. Once you come in they say that their is a disclaimer on their website that allows this. I think disclaimer are intended for errors and omissions. Since they had several vehicles listed at a lower price than they are willing to sell them for, the disclaimer excuse doesnt hold up.

      We drove 40 minutes to test drive a truck that Napleton had listed on cargurus.com for $33,979. We drove the truck and sat down with the salesman, *********************, to work through the deal. He went to speak with the sales manager, *********************, and after waiting ***** minutes, he came back with a price of $37,900, nearly $4,000 more than advertised. **** said ***** was confused as to why it was online at that price. After another round of **** speaking with *****, he came down to $36,000. When we told **** it was false advertising, he noted they had a disclaimer on the website that prices can change. This felt like another trick to get people into the dealership and a complete and utter waste of our time. We will never return to this dealership.
