ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE since the bankruptcy months to get order . HORRIBLE customer service use to love ordering from here but items are not good quality anymore and now takes forever to receive items. Save yourself the headaches and unnecessary stress don't order!!!!!!!Review from Robin S

Total trash, Ordered 3 bathroom items took well over a month to reach me, sent the wrong color, on hold for hours to get no one. Decided to just put them together, total trash! cheap, not even a black color looks more like they were in a fire and dipped in ash. I will NOT ever order from them again. Plus the night I ordered they had just gone bankrupt website should not have even been up and running. Got an email over 2 weeks later saying sorry, we were bankrupt but got bailed out. IDK who bailed them out but I suspect they will lose their money!Review from Jamie S

I cannot get ahold of this company whatsoever. I ordered prior to the company going bankrupt. Without any communication, I was unable to reach them regarding my purchase and had a pending charge on my account (which eventually dropped). Now all of a sudden Im getting notifications saying my order was shipped and they took the money back out of my account almost 2 months later. I am unable to speak to a rep on the phone, and have sent multiple emails with no response. I will never shop through them again and will make sure my items are returned. Before their bankruptcy I ordered a set of outdoor pillows. Almost 60 days later those pillows came when I had ordered from somewhere else now there is no way to return those pillows they don't answer the phone they don't reply! I don't want the pillows I don't want to pay $170 for something I don't want! I've called many times been on hold over 30 mins.. I've been on the site. You go no where. I will never order from *** again ever. I tried to go on the site when I heard about their bankruptcy to cancel the pillows you couldn't do anything on their site nothing. I have read the reviews and they are not answering the phone or email messages. All you get is there is a large volume of callers. I guess so because no one can reach them. I did not know about the bankruptcy until after I placed an order. I just think it is wrong to take people's money and when you want to cancel an order and get your money back, you cannot reach them. Horrible!! placed an order on 4/5/23 did not receive. I tried calling on hold for more than hour & told to leave a message. Finally was able to send an email on 5//10/23 explaining that I needed a refund or item. Today 5/18/23 I was informed another $26.08 was taken from my account. I am now owed over $40. dollars from the company .I am at a loss of what to do.Review from Nancy P

There is no way to contact this company on hold for 1 hour and still getting loop on phone that says your wait time is 3 minutes. I placed an order prior to bankruptcy that never shipped - I tried to then cancel this order but was not able to contact anyone unless you can sit on hold all day in the hopes someone will answer. Have also sent several emails. They have now shipped the order 3 months later and I had found the items elsewhere. I am not able to contact anyone re: returning these items. Why is this company still taking orders. Still waiting for replacement plants to no avail. Also money not received from LTDPerks program. This is a not a good business practice Also cannot get through to a representative. On hold 75 minutes. Cannot get on website as it comes up BAD REQUEST. They charged me for an order back in March and when I called the girl said she took it off after I had to wait 2 weeks to see if I got it. I called back and she said it was taken care of it. I just got another bill from 3/14/23 and still have not gotten it. It is May 5th now! I have tried to call the last 2 days, yesterday 5 times, today again. I have waited for 1 hr 30 min yesterday on hold and now today over an hour. I will not pay for something I did not get. I used this *** for years and this is unacceptable people will not answer the phone. I did not know they went Bankrupt!
