              I keep getting multiple bills, with different amounts owed, same account number, despite having made three electronic payments in the same month (January 2023). **************** told me to contact my bank to see where the payments went to and to have my bank change the address, request a refund from "them", despite the fact these were electronic payments made through their own website. The bank has no idea what *** is talking about and can't do that. I don't want to make a phone payment because I don't know where that payment will go. No one at *** can tell me where my three payments went, and they have cleared the bank. Meanwhile I am being threatened with collections. It's awful.
