      The minute Alight started as a "benefit" at my company, they completely messed up my family's benefits. They sent a mailing saying my wife would be dropped if I did not confirm her eligibility and they had her under her maiden name. I saw she was under my dependents under her correct married name so it was confusing. She was dropped under her maiden name and now she has NO health insurance despite money still being withdrawn from my paychecks for her coverage! It's been a week now and I've contacted them over 7 times! Because they're an outsourced third party "benefit", they don't care or are concerned how their mistakes are affecting people's lives and health! I have contacted them via chat and phone calls on Tuesday (was told it would take 2-3 business days), Wednesday ("working on it), Friday ("working on it) and then twice Monday when I was FINALLY told I had to send documents! A week later on the next Tuesday I find out they don't need those documents (marriage certificate) and they need documents to show my wife lives with me? Does that make sense? Will my company insure anyone who lives with me??? Finally everything is uploaded, processed and now they're verifying her eligibility and they say even this will take 1-2 business days. When complaining, they just say this is the rules, even my boss will tell you the same thing, etc. When complaining about their website showing no guidelines for what documents to send, they can't say anything with literal silence on the line. Are they all from a third world call center to give you the run around for a week and hope you forget your problem? What if my wife needed life saving surgery and now she has no health insurance because their system audited my wife of over 10 years and are wondering if we're still married? What a horrible business this is where they ***** any responsibility for their actions, not give a care in the world about fixing it and potentially affect people's health and lives!

      If you're a business looking for an ***, keep looking! If you're a customer looking for an ***, keep looking! This company wants your business, and does very little to accommodate you. This is a very lazy company with antiquated software. They will freeze your account, and hold it hostage because their programming department is 1/2 ****! I make legit transactions in the medical field and they are constantly flagging me for them. They are a nuisance and expect you to do all the work. Don't bother with this company unless you don't mind being annoyed constantly!

      By far one of the worst claims reimbursements experiences I have ever had. They have a site that barely works (intentionally for you to give up so they can pocket the money). I uploaded statements as per instructed on the page. It met all requirements. I even received successfully uploaded message too. Next day or two, I get an automated email saying your Document Upload Not Successful. I have done this back and forth 7-8 times. I submitted my claim on 11/6 and now 11/25 and still in progress. I even got a manager involved. It seems to me that their IT structure is out of order, and they have no way of resolving it.

      Opaque, unreasonably high account fees. Impossible to find customer service. They have designed the website in a way to make difficult to make any changes to your account so they can continue charging you their absurd "management" fees. They've taken have the money I've put into my HSA. Their practices should be illegal. They're taking money that should be going to my healthcare.

      Awful customer service with representatives that can't speak good enough English for me to understand the first time they try to say a word. My certified copy of marriage license is not good enough proof for them to accept I'm married. They have made doing business with them EXTREMELY irritating! I've been on hold "waiting for a supervisor" but the representatives keeps coming back on the phone to tell me five times that the supervisor can not do more than she has.

      This is one of the worst companies on earth. You call them and the security clearance goes to ****, ***** most likely, they read a script and if it clears they send you to representative, they can be anywhere in *****************. If you lost your cellphone and ask them to send information to email or call your other regular phone number they wont despite having it as one of the phone numbers. They are the most incompetent company on earth. It's shocking that the Cleveland clinic has them As a third party payer of your pensions.

      Terrible short term disability business! They think they know more than your surgeon. They say they fax forms to your provider but they are never received. Then they claim one of the forms was sent back blank. If your company offers this as a benefit...seek another company on your own.

      Terrible experience from start to finish. I feel like they violated HIPAA by requiring more personal health info.
