I deposited a personal Trust Funds in the amount of $10,000 and the company Aperion Care took the money for their own personal use. I was never told I had a past due balance, nor have they provided me with invoice or bill - after multiple requests.Customer response

I wanted to respond due to developments in the Nursing home taking $10k in assets from me. I have attached documentation to support fraudulent behavior by the administrator, ***************************.My invoice shows SSA payment of $3040.19. I verified with Social Security, I do not receive Benefits. I am allowed assets, not exceeding $17,500, I deposited $10,000 to *********** The money was removed from my account, without notifying me and now they won't give it back.******************************;************Initial Complaint

Bottom Line: Business approved Bed Hold on or before 10/23/23, but has not sent promised refund. Desired resolution is to receive refund, which should be $4340.History: *************************** lived at Aperion. I, her daughter, paid her bills at Aperion. On 9/2/23 ***** passed away. I promptly emailed *****************************************, and she began the refund process. The initial refund came 10/10/23, but was less than anticipated. ****** told me that was because Aperion charged my mother for a 14 day hospital stay- as a bed hold. She said she would put in the request for a bed hold refund. On 10/23/23 she emailed me (which I've included) stating the bed hold refund was approved. On 12/8 and 12/23 I emailed, following up, since I have not received the bed hold refund yet. I sent a letter to the Aperion *********** office (also included), which was received by Aperion on 12/13/23. I also called on 12/28/23 leaving a message on ******'s voicemail, as well as the Accounts office. No response to any of my follow up attempts.Initial Complaint

This same corporate address is shared with ************ LLC. My now deceased wife, ***************************** was admitted to a ******, ******** nursing facility called ************ that shares the same corporate office headquarters address on August 31, 2022, at 5:30 PM for skilled nursing residence. They requested a $19,716 check covering the first month's rent and a deposit. ************************* died eleven days later on September 10, 2022, at 12:10PM. This facility promised me a $16,218 refund no later than the week ended 10/15/2022, but did not follow through and will not return my calls. I seek the refund promised. The Administrator for ************ LLC is ********************* and the *** is *************************. The above address is listed as their corporate headquarters.
