      Where to start, where to start. After noticing a car on Car Gurus that I was interested in, a 2014 Cadillac *** for 12.5k, I contacted the dealership by email to see if it was available. I received an email back from "***", who told me it was. In the email however, the price of the *** was now 15k. When he followed up I told him it was out of my price range and he followed up with a link for all of their car under 15k.Low and behold, the same *** I was looking at was listed on their website at 12.5k I double checked the stock number to make sure it was the same one, and it was. Then I noticed in the original email that the link to the vehicle itself was removed. It even shows in the email that it was removed. I screen shotted the email and the listing on their website and sent off an inquiry to "***", as to why the price was jacked up. I have not received a response.I Then sent in a request to be contacted by the ** regarding this situation. I have not received a response. With today's interest rates turing people off to buying cars, you would think they would have wanted to sell a vehicle to someone who already had pre-approved financing. My family bought from ******* growing up and the dealers always seemed trustworthy but I do believe that the ******* motto now is "Home of the jacked up prices and dishonest salespeople and management. Update 07/10/2024 I received an email from the original salesperson ***, not the ** like I requested, apologizing for the "mix-up" and letting me know the price is 12.5k. I will wait a few days to hear from the ** before I escalate this.

      This dealership is the very definition of con-artists. I saw an advertisement online for a 2016 Audi A4 for $16,994. This was in August of 2022. It was a dream car for me. I initially got good vibes from the place, everyone was friendly but once the test drive happened and the paperwork started, it all went downhill. I was kept in the dark for hours as it all unfolded. Every hour or so I had a dealer ask me to sign documents and rush me through the process. Towards the end of it all, I was dumbfounded that a 60 month loan was nearly $600 a month for a guy with a 750+ credit score buying a car thats under $17k and putting down $2500. It made no sense. It wasnt until I had my account assigned to **************** that I noticed that my loan was for over $28k. And on top of that, they never offered me gap insurance. Fast forward to December 2022 and I was crushed by a hit and run on the expressway. The truck driver just totaled my car. Luckily because it wasnt my fault, I wasnt held liable. Still insurance quoted me $18k leaving me with nearly $10k to pay out of pocket because of the negligence and conniving trickery ******* Cadillac put me through. It was a nightmare situation. Im Only writing this review in the hopes people are more cautious than me when dealing with this heartless institution.

      Zeigler, ding my credit eight times, reducing my credit score minus to seventy-five lower than it's from the original score. Then since I didn't sign the contract that evening, the next morning Zeigler contact me stating that they vehicle that I wanted was suddenly sold, and that they have another vehicle that I could have, which was older with much higher mileage compared to the vehicle that I wanted. I would never recommend anyone or have any good to say regarding the Zeigler dealership brand.

      I HAVE Bought all my cars from the dealership the one in ******* Way on ********* they've always been wonderful to me.. but every time somethings wrong I never get a loaner I have children work and such fourth I have a Cadillac Escalade do you think that I would be able to get a loaner if something was go wrong I've only had one in over a eight year period of time they never have a car for me. It's an emergency and they will not make an exception.

      This place is complete trash. The employees **** and do not work as a team. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never do business here again. I bought Yukon Denali and they treated me like trash. Maybe if I was white I would have been treated better. They thought I was a dumb female with no intelligence about car deals. This is not my first rodeo. They were trying to overcharge me on everything. The price of the truck kept going down and they would not honor the price though it was listed on there site. They need to hire new staff and get rid of every employee that is at that dealership. I will never recommend this dealership to anybody. THEY DONT TREAT BLACK PEOPLE VERY NICE.

      I would rate 0 stars if possible. I saw a car on their website for $12k, when I arrived at the dealership and walked to the car it had it's window sticker and out the door prices was $22,476. I then call the dealership via phone and asked about the car in question and agreed that the car was for $12k, when I talked to the salesman and asked him that I didn't want any extra features/ packages he said that the car was $14,999 still, when I showed him that online it was advertised for $12k his response was " all dealership do that." I was ready to pay the $12k + taxes/ doc fee. Very miss leading on their behalf. Wasting people's time!

      This place is full of complete ************, the used car sales manager is a complete liar, we drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle that had been on the lot for last a week, when we arrived it still hadnt gone through its service checks, it still hadnt been detailed. Scratches and dents all Over, all 4 rims had road rash very bad, switches broken inside vehicle among other things, this vehicle is a 2020 ******* Navigator, not a cheap vehicle by any means. They wouldnt budge on the price at all so I picked it apart and told them to fix everything I found wrong with it( I own my own auto repair shop so I know things to look for) they agreed and told me after we do all the paper work and finalize the sea it would be ready in 2-3 days. We are now on almost 2 weeks, I still dont have my vehicles, every time I call and talk to someone, no one knows that the h**** going on, I get told I will get called with update by the end of the day and I never get a call. Im giving them till the middle of this week, if I dont have my vehicle I will Be going back up there getting my money back and going else where

      Contacted to make sure car was still available before driving over 3 hours to see the car. The account manager, *****************, said car was available & I would be arrive between 9 & 10am to look at the vehicle. While in route I got a call, email and text from another sales, *********************, associate setting up an appt for me at 10:15am. I texted back before 10am that I would be arriving in 20 minutes. We arrive and a different associate, ********, introduced himself and began working with us. He tried getting the keys but another sales associate was helping another family and they were taking it out to test drive. When we questioned our sales associate asking why another family was able to take the car out for a test drive when we were there for an appt he admitted no one in that office talks to each other and he didn't know we had an appt. GM, ******, introduced himself and when asked the same question he said well it is first come first sales service. He said he would do his best to make it fair. We test drove the vehicle and told our associate we wanted to purchase the car. He came back with the paperwork and the car price was already $1500 more than the price on the web and confirmed price with the account mgr. There were also 3 different pkgs, lowjack, zpak & another package which added $8k to the overall price. I forwarded the associate the price I was given and we asked to have the extra pkgs removed. He told us he would try to remove the 2 but since the device was already installed we couldn't remove it so that was $1995 we had to keep. He finalized the price, we agreed and he was getting the account manager to agree to everything. After several minutes he came back and said since the other family came from out of town and they were going to be paying more they would not sell us the car. Extremely dishonest from the beginning and shows they do not care about treating customers well, they only care about how much money they can make.

      Like most other reviews, these people are crooks and scam artists who would rather waste a customer's time than sell a car. After chasing answers for 4 days, I finally reached the general manager and asked for wire transfer instructions to purchase a car that they've had for 4 months. Low and ******, "someone" just happened to put a deposit on the car but if I was willing to pay more than them the car can still be mine. I wasn't born yesterday. 2 weeks later and surprise surprise, the van is still for sale. Places like this disgust me.

      Buyer beware.Our salesperson was very nice and professional. He also had a trainee who was the same.My wife and I arrived at the dealership and found the 2019 ***** Odyssey that we were looking for. Car Gurus showed that the price had been dropped $1,430 down to $32,994.This was a 3-hour drive from our home. We had several dealers listed on our to do list with this amount of drive time.The vehicle was dirty, outside and by the front door. Car Gurus showed that the dealer had it 12 days at this point. The vehicle was also missing 2 head rest, owners manual, headphones and remote for the entertainment center.My salesman went between us and his manager several times. A slow process.Finally, the price listed was shown with 2 dealer add ons at $2,000 apiece. I told the salesman no add ons. He came back with his manager. The manager said that we had to have one of the add ons called LoJack, a vehicle tracker if the car was stolen for $1,995. I insisted no. He then said he had to talk to the General Manager. No sale. We walked out.Sad to say this dealer was more interested in profits than happy customers.
