            Ive been a customer for 15 years. I had a monthly membership. I called the ****************** store in Sept before the next billing date as I wanted to cancel but couldnt it make to the store before billing date occurred. Was told by the employee, over the phone, I did not have to come in to freeze the account. So I decided to freeze. On Jan 17 I noticed they had taken a charge $83 on my card - every month since September on. Their records will show I have not tanned since I called to freeze in Sept. They refuse to stand by the misinformation given to me by their employee, they told me the owner would call me, never did. Refused to refund any of the charges, they said they will refund January(noted via email) but still have not done it despite my near daily emails and phone calls. Ive been trying to get this refund for over 2 weeks.. with daily emails with minimal response! I filed disputes for months Sept-December collectively. After continuing to wait for the Jan refund, I filed a separate dispute with my credit card company today. You must refund Sept-Jan charges, this is disgusting business ethic.

            The *********** LA TAN at 483 S ***** needs to fire the ignorant girl that was working at 11am Sunday 10/23/22.She was ignorant and rude and handed me the towel and told me to clean the room!!! When I said noooooo do your job she yelled out ohhhhh youre going to put your hands on me!!?? Wow! I couldnt believe it so I told her to call the owner which she refused and then she said she was going to call the police. I told her that I would do her a favor and I called the police. Supposedly the owner was going to be reaching out to me via phone. The police showed up and laughed and I got a TRESPASSING violation stating I cant go on the premises anymore!!!!!! This kind of ******** is why the world that we live in is *************** up.
