            I asked Above the Mess to come clean my home.i was told it would be $210/hourif we went with bi-weekly cleaning. I said ok and was told I needed to give my cc number over the phone which I did. The folks came and I was told they could not finish in four hours so I had to pay for the first two, which I was ok with. Then I was told if they used my cc on file it would be ****% more than if I gave them my physical card again. I was not told this prior. The cleaning staff was here Friday 12:59-3:57pm, both my husband and I were here. I marked the contract for a one time cleaning and signed for $150:hour which would have been $450. I was told of a bunch of extra fees that were not explained to me and was billed $762 to my credit card which I did not sign for. This company is very corrupt. I want a full tefund.

            If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would do that. I hired this company for a move in/out service. I absolutely do not recommend Above the Mess Cleaning company in **********. I was charged $500 for a move out/in service for a house that sits empty. On their website it states WE DO ALL KITCHEN FLOORS ON OUR HANDS AND KNEES! I should have come home to an immaculate cleaned house. Instead I came home to having to clean the freezer, the drawers, they damaged my freshly painted walls and the kitchen floor was swept but not scrubbed on hands and knees as stated on their website. If you want a clean house, do not hire this company. If you want to come home and have to clean again, by all means hire them.
