    ****** came & installed our HDTV antenna this past week.Its been wonderful to not only have a large selection of channels but also most with HI definition clarity.We live in the far western suburbs of ******* & are NOT going to miss our monthly cable bill... bye, bye!Thank you ******!

    Excellent service. Nice showroom. ****, the owner, showed us **'s that were best for sports, or best for gaming, or best for movie watching. You decide. Their prices are the same as the big box stores. For a reasonable fee, they bring the ** the next day to your home and set everything up. Also, ************ is the only service shop in town. The way they treat their customers and their excellent service is the reason that they have been in business for many years. Thanks again company owner for everything.

    As cable prices soar due to monopolies like ******** cutting the cord becomes essential. Yet, accessing Channel 2 in the south suburbs proves challenging. After trying various antennas, I turned to ******************* for help. ***** guided me through options, explaining solutions and offering multiple packages. Beyond mere talk, ***** went the extra mile by sending ******, his installer, to assess my property. ****** meticulously examined my property, determined optimal cable routes, tested signal strength at each outlet, ensured all TVs were properly set up, and patiently addressed my inquiries. When a billing error occurred, ***** personally reached out to rectify it promptly, demonstrating exceptional customer service deserving of a five-star rating.

    ****** was great. Professional and friendly. Explained everything . Turned out my old antenna was fine, just a splitter and connection issue. Price seems high in my opinion but hard to find this type of service.

    As ******* and the other cable providers keep increasing their prices "cord-cutting," is rapidly becoming a necessity. Unfortunately, in the south suburbs Channel 2 is a PITA to get. After trying assorted miracle antennas, boosted antennas and others I contacted *******************. ***** walked me through the options, explained what I could do and gave me a choice of multiple packages.Of course anyone can "talk" about service. ***** did more than that. He sent his installer, ******, out to my property. ****** walked my property, saw where I needed outlets and determined the least intrusive way to run cable. He didn't stop there, he checked signal strength, at each outlet, checked channels and made sure each television was up and running properly and with the patience of a saint tolerated my questions.When their was an error on my bill, ***** personally called me back to make sure it was taken care of properly. Most important of all was "HE caught the error," not me, and rectified it on the spot. That's good customer service worthy of a five star review. I now have more channels than I've ever had and ******* clear HD images.

    Getting rid of Dish was the best thing I have done!! Very professional and easy to talk to. ***** and ****** were outstanding. ***** is a true man of his word. Highly recommend to any and all!!!
