      Back in October I reached out to Candy after doing a lot of research and seeing many people post great reviews on her. Fast forward to December 2, 2022. I ordered my shades. She said they would arrive in 18 days and would be installed right away. She required a 75% down payment and offered a 10% discount for cash. I paid her cash on December 3, 2022. Between Dec 18-Jan 11 I contacted her multiple times for an update which she continued to lie about when they would be here. Jan 12- tells me they shipped and will be here Saturday (Jan 14) and can do install Monday (Jan 16) Jan 16- She says her installer can do tomorrow (Jan 17) Jan 17 - she texts me and says she accidentally shipped them to her house in ******* so there will be a delay but she offers me $400 off Jan 20 - tells me they will be here Monday and her installer will come Tuesday (Jan 24)Jan 23 - says installer will likely be there 12:00 tomorrow Jan 24 - I ask what time today. She never answers Jan 25- says shades are in but shes making funeral arrangements Jan 26 - she says installer will come Tuesday (Jan 31) Jan 27 - I ask her to confirm appointment and she does Jan 30 - I say still good for tomorrow and she says yes Jan 31 - The installer doesnt show. She acts like he picked up the blinds and she has no idea why he isnt there (its her husband though At this point I tell her if she doesnt install today I want my money back. She agrees to give me my money back which was $4,100.Then she pays me $1500. I say you owe us $2600. She says I will pay tomorrow. She doesnt. The next day we demand payment again and she ignores us but then finally pays $1000.I tell her she still owes us $1600 I offer to pick up a check, No answer. I still have not received my $1600. I did a lot of digging and turns out she has done this to SO MANY PEOPLE!! She blackmails them holding onto money until they take their posts down.

      We found Curtain Call Creations company on ********* the owner *************************, contacted them on February 22, 2022 via messenger. We set up an appointment for a consultation for a new window treatments. She came over and we picked the fabric we liked, she said she will check if it is in stock and send us an estimate in a few days. She said fabric was in stock, emailed as an estimate of $9257.64 on March 9th, 2022. We agreed, and decided to move forward and paid a required 75% deposit with a credit card in a sum of $6741. on March 15th, 2022. Promised installation time frame was 6-8 weeks. So it was around the middle of May, 2022. We contacted her via messenger on May 4th to ask when our installation will be scheduled, she said in a couple more weeks. We waited for a couple of weeks, asked again, she replied "not yet, I'll get back to soon." We haven't heard from her, so I reached out again on June 8th. She said he will be ready to install by end of next week. On June 30th I contacted her again asking to call me. We talked on a phone and she gave us the installation date July 18th and 20th. On the 18th morning I texted her asking what time she will be here, and she said that the 20th is the day we agreed, which it wasn't because I marked my calendar for the 18th/20th. She assured me she has me scheduled on the 20th/22nd. On July 20th she send me a message that she needs to postpone installation because her installer is sick and he will be out for at least 2 weeks and she will get me rescheduled asap. On august 12th I ask for the installation within a week I am done waiting. She gives me new dates August 26th and 29th. I asked to be done within a week or I need a refund. No response. on August 26th she showed up to measure and to clean! windows. On the 29th she said she will do the install. Today, the 29th, she send me text that she is in ER and has to cancel. I have all screen shots, proof of payment, and just want to get a REFUND. Please Help!

      On February 15, 2022, I paid Curtain Call Creations $2,648.25 for four custom made woven wood shades and four matching valances. This was a 75% deposit; the balance due on delivery is $882.75. I was told it would ***********-8 weeks and the invoice I was sent says the material is "in stock." Despite numerous texts and telephone calls with *************************, the owner of Curtain Call Creations, I still do not have the product I paid for. Although the February 15, 2022, ******* says the material was in stock, on June 2, she texted me that the material had just arrived on May 26th. It was not until July 28th that she said she received the shades and valances. She did not schedule the installation until last Friday, August 19th. That day, although she allegedly had the shades and valances for over three weeks, she claimed they were made incorrectly but were being fixed at the manufacturer in ********, **, and would be installed in my home that same day. Later in the day, she told me they would not be ready until Monday. She is now refusing to respond to any text message I send her. So, at this point, more than six months after I paid her $2,648.25, I have nothing from her and do not believe she has the product I paid her for. If she does, great, I want the shades and valances installed this week. Otherwise, I want my money back. When I met her in February, in my home in ***********, **, and picked out the shades and blinds, she told me 6-8 weeks, the invoice says 6-8 weeks and yet, MORE THAN six MONTHS has passed and I still have nothing and cannot get a response.
