BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging company is attempting to collect annual fees from consumers from several years ago, company is claiming they have contacted consumers regarding this debt, but consumers have not received any correspondence, failure to cancel memberships when consumer originally requested cancellation, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service.
