This has been an ongoing issue since September 2018-19 to present. I hired DNS exterior or perfect 10 exterior. I guess they use two different names. I have been trying to work with **** on resolving the issues with them honoring their contract. We have been in touch with one another. He has done some repairs. The main issues are. They never submitted the paperwork for the material used for the flat roof to the village of **********. They never paid the fine for the failed inspection. They never did the final inspection for the roof or the siding. They never gave me the lifetime transferable paperwork.all this **** said he going to reinstate the permits. So that I wouldn't have to hire another company to do. Because if I do, the other company is responsible for any failed inspection. Total cost$20,000.00. for the roof, siding, gutters and soffits. We kept our agreement.i paid off the roof. We're paying on the siding.never missed a payment. I just want them to honor their contract and be honest. I have warranty work that needs to be done. Melted siding, shingle splitting, down spout dented. Corner channel all dented. It's defective material. I have tried numerous times to call, text ****, ***** the company.with no response. I should have filed the complaint earlier. But I was really trying to work with them. But now since they're not returning my calls or texts. Something is not right. How many other customers did DNS exterior- perfect 10 exterior.do the same thing too. They received their money. And they don't honor their contract.

On Dec. 15th 2022.I tried contacting **** from DNS Exteriors to follow up with him, on the progress of the claim. He did not respond.
The weather in December was pretty fair, considering there were two different roofing companies out doing complete tear offs and reroofing.
At this point and time, I would like to reopen the case. For there are still issues that need to be addressed.
There's a $50.00 fine that hasn't been paid. And there's the final inspection for the roof and siding that hasn't been done. Also there's been two repairs done that are not satisfactory. And causing more damage than if it were just left alone. The down spout. There's no pitch, causing water to freeze inside and causing the repair to the siding to buckle.along with the corner bead.  thank you
