We had a large plumbing project and needed a plumber quick. We reached out to a few companies for estimates and when it came to **** he offered a couple different routes to go and then explained which he recommended and why. We went with his recommendation and he did a fantastic job. He handled the area with care and completed the project with such precision. He is our go to plumber and has done several jobs at our home. He has no issues walking through the cost with you if you need help understanding it. We have recommended him to everyone we know and they also have been extremely satisfied. **** is honest, patient, and brings such quality in his work. On top of that he is responsive and very personable. If you couldn't tell from my review he is HIGHLY recommended.

I've had **** out twice now. The first time he fixed my bathtub faucet's constant drip, and replaced the shower head and handheld shower. It wasn't as easy as we'd hoped to replace the cartridge, but **** figured it out, and stayed with it until it was done! The plumbing was old and what I bought for a new tub faucet and handle wouldn't work without cutting open the wall. **** gave me an option that would work and cost $500 less. I appreciate him saving me money as I'm a widow on a limited budget. I really appreciate everything **** and **** did and would highly recommend them! The second time **** came out because my kitchen sink was backing up into the basement sink! He rodded out the drain, and everything worked again! He's the best! Support local tradesmen! I know I'll call **** first to take care of any future plumbing problems! I highly recommend you do, too!

As a single **************** it is a struggle to find a trustworthy contractor. I stumbled upon ****, as he is the admin for a large, reputable *************** which connects homeowners w/ contractors t/o ******* suburbs. He manages this group w/ such professionalism, is very responsive, & is diligent about weeding out scammers or contractors w/ a poor track record. Over the past year, I have had a lot of emergent plumbing issues. Poor DougIm like that bad, hysterical friend who only calls when things go wrong! Every time I have reached out to him, he responds so FAST! The 1st time was late Sunday afternoon when I had a main water line back up. **** came out immediately & Roto-Rootered the main line. It was a very tough job, as it hadnt been done in a long *********** roots were so bad, but he kept at it for 4+ hrs. He even assisted me w/ getting a water restoration company out that night as well as helped provide documentation for my insurance claim. This man is a saint! He never charged me an emergency ******** almost certain he charged me on the lower end. He knows Im in school & not working, so that shows me he truly cares about his customers, which is so rare to find these days. I recently had another water issue & called him sobbing. He was so kind & patient! He shifted around his busy schedule to take care of my emergency, which was a multiple-day repair. It again was a complicated issue, & he was very knowledgable & honest. He didnt pretend to know things that werent the ************* suggest unnecessary/expensive solutions. I am so thankful to have him as my plumber. Not only do I trust ********* work implicitly, but I also trust any referrals he gives me. B/c hes so kind, professional, & trustworthy, I have come to consider him a friend & not just a contractor providing me a service. I highly recommend ****!
