I am doing an addition on a home in ***********. I reserved a PortaJohn from Portable John Porta Potty out of ******** for 2 months. I called on 11/22/2022 at 9:52AM to let Portable John know at the end of the month/billing period that they can pick up the portable john.***** informed me it would be a Sunday the 27 of November and they do not pick up on Sunday. I asked if they can do the day before or after. She said" we can do the Monday the 28". I said thank you and ended our conversation. I came back to the jobsite to see the portajohn was gone. The Electrician had to ask the homeowner who's wife is pregnant to use the restroom. They were kind enough to allow them to. 12:24 called Portable John and spoke to *****. She said they were in the area so they thought they could pick up the Portable John. I informed here of the conditions. ***** then stated they would drop it back off.4:17PM called Portable John and spoke to ***** to inform here the Portable John is not here and I have workers starting at 7AM. ***** said they would send it back out sometime in the morning. I asked if there is anything they can do because that was not satisfactory. Portable john took it upon themselves to pick it up. We rented this so the tradespeople would not interfere with Homeowners. I asked to speak with Management. ***** handed the phone off to *********************. After the initial hello he interrupts me and says' *****'s a good worker she doesn't make mistakes. What do yo want from me?" I was expecting him to listen to my concern. He did not, I asked to speak with his supervisor or manager. his words " find that out on your own, your gonna have to look it up and do your own homework" I am disgusted at the way this was handled and I would like to make you and others aware.
