      hello. i had purchased the avanti airless sprayer for ****** plus tax (******) on 5/24 transaction ******. i had used it and it sprayed paint out all over the floor causing damage to floor with paint. i had adjusted but still had issue with it. I returned it on 6/2 (transaction ******) at the ********** location in **. they informed that there would be a ***** restock fee on this. It was damaged and i did not want a repalcement one as the damage would occur on floor all over again so i didnt want this. i spoke to asst ******* at ********** but they wouldnt waive, i called customer care and explained issue and they wouldnt waive as well. This product was damaged so i shouldnt have to pay this fee for a product that was defective to begin with.

      I AM BEING HARASSED DAY IN AND DAY OUT WITH *****S FROM THESE HARBOR FREIGHT PEOPLE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER THESE *****S ARE FROM THEM OR SCAMMERS. I HAVE NO WAY OF STOPPING THESE *****S. I HAVE COPIED THE **** PORTION OF THESE *****S BELOW BUT THE ***** WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CUT AND PASTE THE IMAGES. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THESE *****S AND I WANT THEM TO STOP.       The Predator 9500 generator was shipped to my house on 4/24/23. It was working for 2 hours in mid Aug, 2023. But the engine could not start during the power outage on 2/4/2024. On 2/5/2024, I called customer service, I was transferred to product support, but I did not get reasonable support. I was told to check the engine oil and start the engine again. On 2/7/2024, I followed the instructions, still could not start the engine. On 2/7/2024, I called customer service, I was transferred to product support, but there was no answer. On 2/5/2024, during the call to customer service, I was told the warranty is 90 days for the generator, 2 years for the emission system. I was told no warranty for my problem. It is very UNREASONABLE that a new generator could not even start on the second usage. THE NEW GENERATOR LIFETIME WAS LESS THAN 5 HOURS.
