We have done nothing with the company besides going to the try out, which was a free event before we had signed up We haven't done a practice or anything. I signed my son up for the program on the 4th of August (a Friday) with the understanding that his dad was going to help me with payments. He then changed his mind. I cannot afford the program on my own and stated that in my email exchanges. I asked to cancel and get a refund on the 6th of August (a Sunday). It is my understanding that the *** has a 'cooling off rule' which would allow me 3 business days to cancel. *** contacted this company several times to get my money back and they will not do it. I had turned off my auto payments and they kept taking money out of my accounts. Even though they know we didnt want to participate in there program anymore. On top of all this they were rude in emails they keep sending me emails saying payments are due. How are payments due when we cancelled.Initial Complaint

My son was to join a lacrosse team with True , the same elite team he has been on for 3 previous years. Several families were upset about how the team did that tournament season and other families were planning on leaving. My son wanted to stay on the team and signed the contract. Once the parents were complaining and players wouldnt commit , in about 24 hours the team crumbled and we were sent a letter wishing us the best of luck and hope we find what we are looking for. We were removed from any team communication and off of the team app. We then had to find a new team! Never received another bill , any info about practices, no communication at all from True. We have been trying to get our deposit back which is almost $500, since September! Their defense is that he still had a spot . One of the founders of true said we could have our refund and customer service said no, because we still had a spot. They have yet to show me his name on a current roster , he is currently on 2 other teams and just want our refund , which they have given to almost all the other players that were removed from the teamInitial Complaint

Signed up in August of last year, for this ******* lacrosse for my soon through their program. I have been making payments to them since August. On 5/9/22 I got an email stating their program is canceled. The email also said refunds would be processed by 5/15. Still waiting for my refund. Various emails and phone calls and just getting the run around. Just want my money back. Talked to the coach and ***** They owe me $2,724.08. Thank you *** ************
