This school lewd me in by way of constant emails and phone calls in order to use **** ***** which was around $9000 to pay for training. Microtrain said all the right things to get me signed up. Their training was bunch of separate independent courses or classes which they make seem like it is part of the same training " program" so that they can maximize the **** *****. I wanted to pursue training in " scrum master, business analysis" I went from this, to a list of 5 or 4 courses because it all sounded great from " *****" explained. DAY 1 " green belt" I found out that the course REQUIRED dual monitors in order to do the training and that I had to have windows equipped with excel etc... I spend half of the class with IT on the phone trying to figure out how to do this course. It all failed because they offered me this virtual desktop which barely loaded. It was a super frustrating experience because not only did I not grasp what was in the course, I was also along with other students placed in these " workout shops" which is basically just students together on a zoom call not knowing what to do with anything for HOURS. The school then suggested "oh we can give you a laptop to work with" but the class was already over with. 2nd class Bus Analysis this one had a book about 400pages which needed to be reviewed prior to the class, I never it until i sent an email 3 days prior to the start date. AGAIN was placed in these " break out sessions" after the instructor would go over material that I had no clue about because I had to read the book". My complaint was not received well, people were offended and started dropping me out of classes because I simply asked to cancel the 2 weeks long course I had since I felt like this school was a scam. after long discussions they agreed to put me into another class which THEY canceled without proper Notification and did not refund the cost paid to them. MICROTRAIN RUINED MY ***** they took $9000 and I got nothing.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:THEY ***** TOOK ME OFF THE ***** THE LAST 2 *****ES BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM THEY DID NOT HAVE AN INSTRUCTOR AVAILABLE TO DO THE COURSES. THEY LIED ABOUT THE VOUCHER BEING VALIED ONLY IN 2022, WHEN HIS ASSISTANT OFFERED *****ES WELL IN 2023. HE IS GOING BACK AND FORTH TALKING ABOUT THE ORIENTATION WHICH I CLEARLY STATED WAS MEGA MISLEADING. THEY TELL STUDENTS WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR ONLY TO GET THE ****** THEY LIE ABOUT SEPERATE *****ES BEING IN THE SAME " PROGRAM" IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE THE *************** ***** TOLD ME THIS ON THE PHONE" THE ISSUE HERE IS THAT THEY GOT PAID FOR 4 *****ES, I ONLY TOOK 2 AND THEY KEPT THE MONEY FOR THE REST ALTHOUGH THEY CANCELLED THE ***** AND DID NOT EVEN NOTIFY ME ABOUT IT. SEE THE ***** ATTACHED FROM A LADY NAME ********. THEY RUINED THE **** ***** FOR ME, I HAVE NO OTHER CHANCES ON USNG THIS. AND YET THE *****ES WERE 80% STUDENTS SPLIT INTO " WORKSHOPS" AND AS A NEW STUDENT MYSELF AND OTHERS INCLUDED HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHY WE WERE EVEN PLACED INTO THESE BREAKOUT SESSIONS. EVERYONE WAS COMPLAINING. I RAISED A CONCERN ABOUT THE **** MONITORS AND THE **** THAT THESE BREAKOUT SESSIONS WERE HELPLESS. I DID NOT PAY FOR THIS ***** SO I CAN GET INTO WORKOUT SESSIONS WITH STUDENTS FOR HOURS AT A TIME. BOTTOM LINE THEY GOT PAID FOR 4 *****ES, I CHOSE TO CANCEL ONE BECAUSE I HAD NO FAITH IN THEIR TEACHING STYLE, THEY OFFERED TO REPLACE IT WITH A DIFFERENT ONE WHICH THEY THEN CANCELLED. MICROTRAIN NEEDS TO REFUND THE LEFT OVER BALANCE. THIS IS AN ACT OF Retaliation BECAUSE I PUT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT THEM ON ******* ***** TOOK IT PERSONALLY AND BEGAN SENDING ME EVERY AGGRESSIVE *****S. I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM; HOWEVER I WAS STUCK BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE MONEY I WAS AWARDED AND LEFT ME HANGING, HENCE WHY I THOUGH THE **** COACH DECIDED I SHOULD JUST GO FOR IT AND TAKE OTHER COURSES. I DID NOT TAKE WHAT I WANTED AS I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON BEFOREHAND, EITHER WAY THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND CANCELLED *****ES AS STATED ABOVE. THEY NEED TO PAY FOR MY COURSES ELSEWHERE.
WHAT HE IS CALLING A DISRUPTION TO THE ***** IS ME SITTING THERE QUIET LOOKING STUPID LIKE OTHER STUDENTS, AND ACTUALLY ASKED THE TEACHER NOT TO PLACE ME IN THESE BREAKOUT SESSIONS. MAYBE I DISRUPTED HER COFFEE TIME WHILE STUDENTS ARE BEING MUTED INTO THESE " BREAKOUT ZOOM SESSIONS". THIS SCHOOL IS A COMPLETE SHAME.
