      Absolutely awful company. Takes your money for driving lessons and then never has openings open.

      We are sorry that you felt the need to provide such a review. Upon reviewing your daughter's account we see no notes that there were any issues with scheduling her driving ******s. Had you reached out to **************** to inquire they would have been happy to assist since there were plenty of ****** times available. The Regional Manager will be following up with you as a courtesy to assist in reviewing the process and to begin scheduling your daughter's ******s. Thank you.

      Classroom instruction was ok. Problem is they do not have enough instructors for "in car" driving. They will only book 2 drives per month. This is woefully insufficient. Other Driver Training companies allow for 3 per week. They make it very difficult to schedule these 2 driving classes also. So, months will tick off and your Son/Daughter will not be ready to apply for their license when they turn 16. The owners of this company are negligent. They must know this is a problem.

      ******************,It it unfortunate that you felt the need to post these comments. While reviewing your son's account we see that he started class and received his permit in June and would therefore be eligible to get his license in March 2023 (9 months is the Secretary of State requirement to hold a permit before getting a license). We have no records of you contacting **************** for any issues with scheduling drives since June and we have had many lessons available in ********** to choose from. Should you have scheduled 2 lessons per month as we suggest then he would be eligible to obtain his license upon the 9 month completion deadline. We allow 2 lessons per month to provide much needed practice time for our students in between each lesson.We are sorry that you decided to leave the program and wish your son the best in his ************** endeavors.

      This company accepts money for driving lessons and do not schedule nearly enough lessons for who have paid to get driving lessons.I believe this company is running a fraud because they then charge you a reinstatement fee if you do not schedule drives within a certain time period even when they have no available drives.I believe the cities and State should investigate this business as they are clearly victimizing residents and charging outrageous fees and unreasonable fees.

      Unfortunately this parent had plenty of opportunity to schedule lessons for her son yet did not make any attempt to do so - he had his permit for many months before they tried to schedule. They were well aware of the completion deadline yet did not decide to complain until after the deadline has passed and they were indeed charged a reinstatement fee which we offered to reduce. This is not a Top Driver issue.

      This company has fraudulent information on its site. It states have classes for ADHD, which is not true which I didnt find out until the 1st class!! The teacher is by herself and no extra aides to assist students!!! He walked out the second night because the teacher was unable to help him and answer his question. This is the only class in the whole state that DMV accepts. Isnt that called a monopoly??

      Ms. ****** I am sorry that you were not clear about what our Specialized Program for students with ADHD and Executive Functioning Disorders entails. It is a unique program that a parent must discuss with the manager of this program ahead of time to determine whether or not the student qualifies and is a good fit. The details are on our website as well.Our program allows for classroom students to have a specialized workbook and a modified final exam but we certainly do not provide one on one aides or assistance - that is not anything that we ever mention or promise. The primary focus of our program is the one on one behind the wheel lessons which are scheduled only after the student has completed their classroom.I will have the manager of the Specialized Program contact you to discuss your situation.

      Ms. ****** after determining who your teen is we have reviewed his account and have detailed notes about the interactions both you and he have had with our manager and instructor. Clearly this situation is not a Top Driver problem and we find it unsettling that you decided to post this negative review.

      My 16 year old son is enrolled in their driving program. He completed the online portion but cannot get the driving lessons. They have overbooked their capabilities and cannot deliver on their programs. This has dragged on so long my son will actually turn 17 this May and completing the 6 required hours for the state is virtually impossible with this company. When you call to book your lessons they refer you to their website but there are none available.

      Initially we registered for an online class but apparently that changed at some point before our class began. The new class was in person, did not fit our schedule and started a week earlier than the original class. They tried to tell me it was my fault that my son missed the first class, but I have receipts clearly stating when the class was supposed to begin. After I argued about the $150 charge to change the class to something else and not ding us for a missed class which we had never signed up for, they did let us register for a new class and "kindly waived the penalty" for their error. No one ever contacted us to inform us of the change.So now we have his permit and top driver has not 1 single open slot all the way through mid March for my son to take a driving ******* The calendar only goes to mid March. Apparently the state only allows 9 months from the start of classroom lessons to complete in car portion of the training. Top driver has decided to restrict lessons to 1 every 15 days (if we can even get 1). Again this is something new they just thrust upon us with no warning and not part of our original agreement. At this point there is no one to complete the in car portion before the 9 months runs out. And oh guess what, they will let you extend the 9 months (wait I thought that was mandated by the state) if you pay an additional $150. And they are still registering more and more kids every day even though they are not able to get the kids currently in their program through to completion. This is fraud. Offering a product/service which they can not deliver on.

      Is it possible to leave negative amount of starts ? For the past 6 months i have been trying to schedule driving lessons for my son. Was able to schedule 2!!!! Since i had to cancel one due to scheduling conflicts i am down to 1 class completed. On the 15th when they release new appointments, servers crash and you can not schedule anything. i have been refreshing the feed for the past 3 hr without a result. They should not be allowed to enroll any new students until current customers are provided a service!!!!
