      I purchased gifts early Dec. by ***** have not received any items. I emailed and the person ***** stated that everyone has been sick but the times would be shipped that day, Jan 1st. I asked for tracking and it showed nothing. Still shows no update. Jan 17th I emailed again asking for the items or a refund. Ive been getting ignored since. This is a scamming business.

      One 12/27/23 I ordered golf grips from this company online. Their website stated that orders are shipped in 2-3 days via **** Priority. On 12/30/23 after not receiving any update on the order and after checking on shop.com and seeing no update on tracking, I sent an email inquiring on the status of the order (#*****). I received a response a few hours later from "***" who appears to be a co-owner of the company:"Happy new year and shipping soon. We were sick the last 9 days We process orders in 5 to 7 days and ship in **** days from our distribution warehouse from *******.*** Discount golf mgr ************ www.discountgolfco.com"I responded that the shipping policy stated in the email does not match the 2-3 day shipping policy on their website and I never would have ordered from them if that were the case because I needed them much quicker than that. I asked for the order to be cancelled since they had not been shipped. The response was simply:"order already processed"I responded that the order had not been assigned a tracking number so it had not shipped so please cancel the order.I subsequently received an email stating that my order was on the way and a link to the **** tracking. The tracking reflected that it was just purchased (after I sent request to cancel) and shipped "Ground Advantage" which is not the **** Priority service promised on their website in the shipping policy. I looked up the company on BBB and saw all of the complaints. I notified the company that they needed to cancel the order and refund me ASAP as I had discovered all of the derogatory information on BBB. No response.I sent another email on 1/6/24 as the **** tracking number had still not reflected any shipment in progress, and I had not received a refund. The next day an email repeating the original email was received now stating they were sick for ************************************************************************ out again.I am requesting a refund on this order.

      On 12/7/2023 I purchased with my Apple credit card a golf bag from Discount golf for $187.99. Have never received the bag I purchased. No response to email sent out voicemail left to see where the golf bag that I bought is

      In September of 2023, I ordered and paid for a set of golf club grips from Western ************* When the order arrived on Nov 8 it was 4 grips short. I contacted the company and received an email that the remaining grips would be shipped within 7 to 10 days. I never received them. I contacted them again several times since then and keep getting the same response. I have asked for a refund to no avail. A phone call to the company resulted in a half hour conversation about the government, the schools in America and shipment delays that would be resolved. I feel cheated and upset that this company can continue to advertise on the internet and more people will be scammed.

      Purchased a GPS devise on line from discount golf back in September. After a week with no update I emailed ****** golf as to the status of my order and when will it be shipped. Was told next week again another week goes by no response. Called the company **** who manufacturers the product. They told me they don't have my order. I called western golf and said either fill the order or return my money. They canceled the order a very rude individual used foul language when I requested a refund. Weeks have gone by they don't return calls or emails. Very poor customer service.

      Ordered golf club grips on July 26 today is August 23 I have emailed this company over a dozen times they say the order will ship but nothing happens. I have asked for a refund of ***** and they ignore me.

      Placed order on July 4, 2022, order # *****. Retailer has failed to fulfill the full order of 12 Dozen Bridgestone Golf *****. He has sent 8 dozen and failed to ship the outstanding 4 dozen. Sent countless emails and only received spotty responses of him complaining about a supplier delay. I contact via the telephone today to be called a "Libtard". I am the farthest thing from a "Libtard" and I am simply a customer that wants to receive what we paid $431.92. He is now complaining that his credit card processor screwed him for $100k. Likely due to shady business practices, but not my problem as we paid the full $431.92. We want the 4 dozen ***** or a refund.

      Grips were purchased a SECOND time (first attempt never shipped) on 3/18/23. They created a shipping label on 3/30/23 (already ridiculous it took that long for something supposedly in stock on their website), then it has, to this day, still not changed in status, as only a shipping label has been created (5/1/23). After threatening to report this business to BBB, I finally get a call (this is after several weeks of emails back and forth) from someone at the business, older man. He does apologize for the delay and offers another $25 discount but still can't actually promise me that my purchase is on the way. I say it's still ridiculous that it's taking this long, then he has the nerve to blame the president for his company not being able to ship anything on time! Like I haven't received any products from any other company in a reasonable time since 2021! Please! Take some responsibility for your crappy business setup.
