I have been on the budget payment plan and paying Suez water company for many consecutive payments. The amount I paid was slightly more that the amount of water I used. Veolia took over ******************* therefore my complaint is from Veolia ************** All I am asking so for them to pay my overage that is due to me since I closed my account. They have confirmation that all these payments were made, and I want to refund. They refused, saying that they need proof these payments were made. The person spoke with confirmed they see the payments being made, but still will not refund the money owed to me. Its $291.46. I feel thy are purposely making if difficult to me, so they can hold onto my money. I have included my final bill, showing they have my money, The address of the service was ****************************************************************. I have since moved the the address in this complaintBusiness response

Veolia operates three business; water, waste and energy. My BBB listing is for the business I support, waste. This complaint is about water. I have forwarded the complaint to my sister division for their resolution. Tell us why here...Customer response

I set up this BBB account for Veolia's hazardous waste business. Veolia does provide water services and we did purchase Suez, but the complaint needs to be directed to his Veolia ************ listed on his bill. I'm sorry for the confusion.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:This is the second time that ****** has deflected the question and not responded to the problem. The level of difficulty working with your company is about as bad customer service as I've ever seen.

I called and scheduled a large item pick up (sectional couch) on 5/26/22 for Monday 6/6/22. Monday 6/6/2022 it was not picked up. I called Tuesday 6/7/22 and they stated it would be picked up that day. It was not picked up. I called Wednesday 6/8/22 and was told it would be picked up Thursday 6/9/22 and it wasn't. I called multiple times Friday 6/10/22 and this was escalated and I was promised it would be picked up by 6:00PM and it was not. I received a voicemail at 5:45 that it would be picked up Monday morning, 6/13/22, first thing in the morning and it was not. Monday evening at 5:34PM they claimed they picked up the couch and closed my ticket but it is still at the curb. I called Tuesday, 6/14/22 and was told it would be picked up, it was not. I called Tuesday afternoon and spoke with a "supervisor" and was promised a call back and did not receive one. I called this morning, Wednesday 6/15/22, and still do not have an answer on when this will be picked up. This has been 9 days of stress and hours of being on the phone for one simple task.
