1- Follow up every 90 days was not pursued by lineco , claims were being covered and I was being deceived. 2- policy holder refusing to submit divorce information after divorce and allowed claims to continue paying for the year up until 8/2022 when he finally submitted the divorce decree 3- Lineco or policy holder never notified me of the termination in 8/2022 and my insurance policy verified coverage with lineco and would not allow for change of coverage until policy holder termed insurance 4 my hands are tied when my insurance policy will not change coordination of benefits and policy holder is refusing to term the insurance or follow up. 5- As a consumer not being notified and not being able to do anything to correct this as i am not the policy holder and can't change my own policy to pay primary, instead of lineco and my kids need to seek medical care. I was left with no choice but to continue with the claims paying. 6-I want to seek action for reimbursement on the 12 months of claims being rebilled now that the policy has finally been termed and all are being billed to my insurance and being left with copays 7- Also I need legal documentation of this policy being followed up on every 90 days since divorce pending from 4/2018 up to 8/2022. And I need date divorce decree was received 8- also if divorce decree was received its notated in there I and the policy holder legally can not speak via email, phone, text, written communication, etc or a police report can be made and violation of decree can be pursued.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: Previous complaint in January 2019 was addressed and now they are using HIPPA as an excuse. Not acceptable , otherwise breach of HIPPA back in January 2019 that I shall purse then.

Lineco line of construction benefit fund is a total fraud , I am currently in collections due to this insurance plan my dad added me to this plan when I was under age I now have medical the hospital charged my medical but lineco is still sending me a charge that has already been paid for I have been dealing with them for a year I tried to opt out a year ago and they said I was good, but I still kept receiving statements from them, every time I call they give me the same role play that I need to send a form a form that I send out already, 3 times I have sent them letters and the people who answer the phone still say I need to fill out forms to opt out of this horrible and scamless plan.
