Made a large deposit on a car and they could Not get the car that I liked, so i You When you go there, the manager he said they Could not return my deposit until Cadillac Approved the return, and that will take over A week. Need the deposit to by another car From a new dealer. Just a scam.Business response

WE COULD NOT REFUND THE **** HIS MONEY THAT DAY BECAUSE ARE COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS DOWN DUE TO THE NATIONAL OUTAGE WITH CDK. ONCE THE SYSTEM WAS BACK UP WE REFUNDED THE ****OMER HIS MONEY.

I brought my Cadillac SRX 2014 to Heritage Cadillac due to a transmission issue not only did I have to bring my car back four times because the issue remain the same after they charge me $3500 but I wound up with a transmission leak and oil leak and now my exhaust is leaking which to my understanding you have to drop the exhaust to get to the transmission. I have confirmation from four different repair shops including ******* Cadillac dealership that confirm 99% that the leak in the transmission is due to the dissembling of my transmission and the likely cause of my exhaust leak that was done at Heritage Cadillac. While they Gave me a portion of what I paid them, and now trying to offer me reward points, regardless the transmission leak and the exhaust leak should be covered by them, allowing me to take my car to a different dealership that I trust which is ******* dealership in ********** and they can pay them to fix the damage that Heritage Cadillac did to my car. I no longer trust them nor want them to touch any part of my car!
