Ordered a custom paint by numbers based on a photo. Ordered it on 6/28/24. Approved a proof on July 1, 2024. Have not received any communication since then and looked the company up and many people have been scammed by them. I tried contacting through their contact form twice, email once and chat once. I would like a refund and for them to never scam another person again.Initial Complaint

I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM. HOWEVER THE LAST 2 ORDERS I PLACED, I HAVE NOT RECIEVED. WHEN CHECKING THE ORDER IT STATES ORDER IS UNFULLFILLED BUT PAID, I HAVE REACHED OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO THEM WITH NO REPSONSE.Initial Complaint

i ordered a custom paint by numbers from them on February 9 2024. I paid extra for faster processing and Shipping. I was supposed to receive the package by February 17, 2024. so far I have reached out twice regarding my order and have received nothing. My tracking update shows that the order has only been confirmed has not even started being made yet. my Order No. #****** I paid *****, I would like my order shipped and money back, or just my money backInitial Complaint

Simply placed an order via a promoted link on FB on 01/03/2024 for a paint by numbers portrait. Website seemed 100% left and well put together. I received an email right away with an order number and it said 7-10 days to arrive. To this day I have not received anything from the company and the link on my order email says the site is closed down. Sent a couple emails and no reply. It cost me $39 and some change. After all this I googles them, which I should have done on the first place. They have all 1 star rating and a slew of people stating the same thing happened to them. The address is to an apt complex in *******. I have included the email history, the email showing order confirmation, the page showing my charges and what it shows on the site when I click the link in my email thats supposed to take me to the site. Their address: Painted Memory ********************************************************** Their email that Ive received no response from. **************************** I know an outcome of getting my money back is unlikely and its probably someone outside the US. Thats fine. I just want to make sure theres a file with you guys on the company to hopefully help someone else or get them shut down or something.Initial Complaint

I bought a custom paint kit and paid extra for priority processing and insured shipping (faster processing, insurance and coverage). I emailed them to confirm that the painting would be delivered by Christmas (online it showed it could). I did not receive a response. I tried to call but there was no phone number listed for the company on their webpage. I emailed them that I would like to cancel the order if it could not be delivered by Christmas. They did not respond. It has been a full month and there has been no communication from them other than it was accepted for processing.Initial Complaint

I placed an order December 11th with priority shipping. I have not recieved the item. I have not recieved a response back to the several emails Ive sent inquiring about the item. I ordered nearly $200 worth of product from them on August 23rd. (Order #******) On September 5th, I received a shipping notification with a delivery window between September 13th-21st. Eventually, the tracking stopped working but the products were never delivered. My biggest complaint (other than not receiving my order) is that I have tried to make contact with them to resolve the issue and find or re-ship my items by contacting their customer service department at **************************** six times, with absolutely no response from them over the course of the nearly 3 months since the order was placed. I didnt care if it took time to get my items, but I havent received a single response from the company to answer my concerns or update me on my order status. I feel like it was a scam at this point. I even reached out via their website (************************************) but their ** customer service couldnt help me. A few weeks ago, their company even remembered to send me a chance to review my items and I filled in the review with a request (this on top of the 6 unanswered emails, and the ** customer service request) that someone please contact me with the status of my order. Again, these reviews went unanswered. I am aggravated by the lack of communication.Initial Complaint

Never received my order that was placed in August. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions. Even did the chat on their website and no one responded. Now they have a picture of my family and I and am afraid they will use it not just for the painting I requested. If they dont respond, I will seek legal actions against them.
