I contacted Allied in July of this year after being discharged from the hospital. I needed help re-engaging the door opener and I didn't know of anyone I could contact that would help me. I ended up calling Allied Garage Door and after some hesitancy about it not being a business call, they sent someone to help. When he arrived, he to me to lift the garage door and when I told him I couldn't and asked him to do so, he became hostile with me and told me that I would have to lift it. After arguing with him about lifting the door, he finally came around to lift it (it easily opened but the door is heavy) He re-engaged the door and left me with a $225 ****. I am willing to pay for the time he came out to help me, but it was only five seconds worth of work and and only due to my medical necessity. Is there any way I can recover this expense?Business response
