I purchased a Powermate air compressor 5-1-2023 It has had an air leak from day one. I've been working with the warranty company since I purchased it. I've replaced multiple parts and now they've referred me to their local warranty guy to try to resolve issue. He's been out 5-6 times (always 4 weeks before he comes back) and still we have an air leak . I feel i got a defective air compressor and it needs to be replaced n/c to me. Mat holdings inc has strung me along for so long ********** won't take it back for return. I purchased a brand new american made air compressor not used and that's how theyre treating this purchase now. lets fix it. Well, a brand new item shouldn't need repair from day one. I feel they should replace the current air compressor @ n/c to me. I have a 2nd air compressor same brand that has had no problems.

      - Company sold defective 20 gal compressor that no longer powers on - sent receipt and pictures of unit but some paint spilled on serial number so I cannot access it but sent receipt and pictures to prove it is their product - company fails to address issue and wants me to transport unit back and forth for service and maybe pay for repairs - I want a complete replacement unit, not some band aid repairs - I am willing to compromise and offered to accept a smaller 13 gal unit and waive any warranty on the new replacement

I purchased a product that this company is supposed to service and warranty. It stopped working properly within the timeframe in which the company claims they will provide service, and have had my request for service passed on and ignored. I'm sure this is being done intentionally, so that the company will no longer feel obligated to provide the service they need to perform, as it would likely then be out of the warranty timeframe by the time they decide to respond to my request.

i purchased a Powermate Gasoline Powered Cultivator on 4/28/2021. I used it approximately 3 months and put it up for the summer. In 09/2021, during the fall, I went to use it again to clear a patch of ground in my front yard. The machine started but the tines would not spin correctly. Basically, when the tines hit the soil, they did not move and I was not able to dig into the earth. I looked for an authorized service center for about a month and I finally contacted **************************** located at ***********************************************, ************. I paid them a $40.00 deposit that I am supposed to get back when it is fixed. I had not heard anything about it, in about 3 months and I left a ton of phone messages so I drove there on 01/15/22 and 03/19/22. I was told that they could not talk to me directly and that the manufacturer needed to contact me. The machine was not fixed I was told the transmission was broken, The repair people said that the company never sent a new transmission but I was told by the manufacture that they sent it in 01/22. The Machine cost me about $230.00 so I figured they would have sent me another one but they decided to fix it but it has been 6 months and I still do not have my machine back. I asked ********************* *************) the person I talked to from MAT industries the manufacturer to refund my money or send me a new one. It is the growing season now and I want to do some work around my yard but I have nothing to use right now. At this point I don't know how else to resolve this issue. I have been to the repair shop 3x and called the manufacturer and I still have not had this situation resolved. I had already done 3/4 of the job with my other tiller and I just got stuck and needed something to finish clearing the patch of ground. I had no idea that it would only last 3 months or really 2.5 months. This is not a machine like a lawn mower that you use at least one a week in the spring, summer and fall months.
