The quality of work is very poor, there are plenty of problems with installation, the leveling of the patio is bad, the retaining wall bricks were installed with the broken pieces facing forward, the front steps are poorly installed, the first step is well over 10 inches. Even after all these, the project is missing the main parts of the patio (fireplace and kitchen island)-The projected time of the project was 3-week start date was on June 28th-Owner hired amateurs to do the work, including minors (15 years of age) causing them to have to redo the same areas several times and still not install it properly. Owner asked me to advance more money when I had paid in total.-My backyard has become a huge hazard for my kids and my kids friends. There was an incident where my 4 year old fell on top of the bricks and hurt himself while he attempted to play in his backyard with building materials, sharp cutting tools, rocks, gasoline, dirt, branches, holes etc.
