8-26-2023 Noted cancellation of auto insurance on Aug 1, 2023 (*********)Called agent & found reason for cancellation. Asked for auto insurance to be reinstalled. Sent email verifying ACH withdrawal of routing & account number. All verified. $131.82 monthly Withdrawal of $150 from ACH on 8-30-2023 (have now found out this was agent did withdrawal however not for auto ins)?9-3-2023 Apparently auto insurance due to the lapse in ********* would not do ACH withdrawal, agent did not contact me, nor my daughter - No mail was received by myself at my physical mailing address of cancellation.I did do a reconcilation of bank account mid Sept & noted the $150 ACH withdrawal to Travelers I had not had time to do a bank account reconcilation as of 10-10-23 for checking account, my daughter had an accidnet in car & when I called office at 4:15PM on 10-10-23 to notify agent of accident it went to voicemail.Agent returned my call on 10-11-23 @ 9:23AM informing me of cancellation on vehicle due to no ACh withdrawal availability.Agent also showed neglegence with an update of a debit card in March when he was notified of a change of ********* failed to submit the changes. My home was uninsured for several months due to this neglegence as well.Emails providedBusiness response

I did receive the email wanting to set up EFT withdrawal on the auto policy. They could not do that because a cancellation notice had already been sent out on the policy. The cancelation was sent out to the insured on 8/14/23. It was mailed to her address for $283.65 for the amount due. She said she never received that but they paid $150 of the $283.65 due on 8/29/23. Then on 9/15/23 they sent a cancelation notice to the address again showing the policy canceled on 9/3/23. There was earned premium due of $14.14. She said she also never received that bill but on 9/22/23 she paid the $14.14. The policy expired on 9/3/23. Then they had the accident on 10/10/23.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:He allowed by homeowners to lapse in the spring of '23 due to his failure update my debit card information. Emails to prove
There was a lapse in June/July, however we indeed did via phone call and email take out auto policy Aug 25, 2023.
Funds were indeed deducted on Aug 30, 2023 from him for $150.00 via ACH withdrawal?
Failure from Travelers or the Agent via email, mail or phone call of non ACH withdrawal due to lapse in June/July. ******* a withdrawal did take place on Aug 30, 2023 by the agent.
My daughter & I were cause for lapse in June/July
**** Harrison, Travelers Agent is at fault from August 25, 2023 to August 30, 2023 for failure to notify of non ACH payment. No cancelations via mail, email or phone call.
