            The Clayton house Motel's Owner located in **********, ******** on North 2nd/251 takes advantage of his customers,Tenants, and patrons. The rates are far to high, and he asks his Tenants to do work around there instead of getting professionals to do the work, like repairs, painting, clean-up & maintenance. He's verbally confrontational and verbally abusive, threatens his Tenants to " kick them out " . Saying stuff like " take your S*** and get out ". Doesn't want to pay a professional wage for work done. Motel has a history of bed bugs, dirty, and not well maintained.
