I took my car to Casey's on Riverside because the power windows weren't working. They said they needed to replace the whole wiring harness behind the dash. So I said ok. They were quick and it was done by the end of the day. They did tell me though that the mirror button controlled the door locks but he didn't think I'd want them to keep charging labor to find the problem. Which I agreed that was ok. So I paid the almost $800 **** and left. But the second day I found out the radio doesn't shut off because my battery was completely dead. I called Bud and he said I could bring it in but it would be $100/hr for them to research it. Now I've found out that the lighter socket also powers the door locks and that's all it powers. So now I have to disconnect my battery every night and reconnect every morning so my battery isn't dead, I have no way to power my cell phone and with all the things that control the locks not one actually locks the doors. Which the door locks is not my biggest problem it's the draining my battery. I start chemo again in January and I really am not going to like having to connect and disconnect the battery after chemo treatments. We also had a Buick lacrosse that wasn't getting heat so they replaced the thermostat and after $250 we picked it up it worked for about 9 months now once again it doesn't blow hot air. Bud was always so nice and courteous and I thought they were really good but I just don't trust it if there's no guarantee on the work they do.
