AA Affordable Painting does not stand byI their work to customer satisfaction. We asked ****to come talk to us about fixing our problems but he never showed up. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. We are very unsatisfied with the work they did. They did not complete the work on our house. When we questioned ****about some concerns he told us the company that repaired the wood on our house and got him the job should have done it. ****was suppose to scrape, caulk, and wood fill, and prime before 2 coats of paint according to the other company. ****insisted he primed our house and put 2 coats of paint. We had new wood installed and it did not get primed or have 2 coats put on because you can see bare wood. They painted over peeling or loose paint, nails, staples, etc that should have been taken off first. They painted over wood that should of got wood fill or smoothed out. You can peel paint off in certain areas and it shows unpainted wood. We gave ****pictures of our house with instructions where to put the 4 colors. We were charged $500 to $700 for the extra color and they painted the 4th color wrong and wouldn't fix it. We told them twice to fix it. **** claimed I made the error on my paperwork. After power washing and painting our house they never cleaned up the mess. ****took our paint and we asked him twice to bring it back but he didn't. There is a window section on our roof that was never painted and we found spots that were missed. They painted a pallet in my garden that was against the house but they didn't paint behind it. They laid their ladders on my bushes & destroyed them. They broke my Weigela, 3 Lilac, and a Hydrangeas **** we have had for 9 yrs. A professional painter looked at our house to estimate cost to fix the painting. They said more than we paid the first time if we want it right. They said it was the worst they saw in 41 yrs being in the business and ****should not have taken the job without experience.
