I ordered a pink paracord sway strap for my radio strap. Emailed the company and received a response on May 2nd thay the paracord shop dropped off the item that day and it would be shipped the following day with tracking to follow. It is now the 25th of May and I still have no product or a tracking number.Business response

My order no ****** was placed on February 21 2024 for a Baton. It cost $189.99 To this day I have had zero response from this outfit. The item is currently on Backorder. We did send a notification of the backorder but had no response. We do not provide customer service via phone as indicated on our website. I have canceled and refunded the order on 5/1/24.Customer response

I order the product from this company and never received a confirmation of order. My credit card was charged but even after a month no confirmation ordered was received or a shipping date of product. They have no working customer service number. I had to join ******** to send and email to company. Over a month and a half later someone responded to tell me it was in back ordered and that I should not have disputed the charge. I placed my order on February 26 totaling over $100. The website states that my order is processing and the money has been taken from my account. I have been given no updates about shipping information. I wrote an email to the supplier and have not received a reply. Today, I tried calling the phone number provided and it just rang and never reached a voicemail. I am becoming concerned that I need to start pursuing this claim with my credit card company.Business response

Hello, I have no emails from the customer and we do not provide customer service via phone as clearly stated in our terms and contact page. Since the order has not shipped and the customer has indicated they are disputing the charge I have cancelled and refunded the order

I purchased a product online and 6 days after purchase I haven't received any updates on when item would be shipped. Called the number on website and got zero response. I ordered a Rothco 24" Side Handle Nightstick Baton on January 17th ****. Their site states it takes 2-3 days to process and 7 days to ship. It has been well over that. They can't be reached by phone and I've emailed them twice with no response. The purchase amount is $38.98, which includes a shipping cost. I have not heard anything from this company besides an email confirming they received my order. The order number is ******. I would like my order shipped or a full refund asap.Business response

This order has been shipped as of 2/3/24. Our website gives estimates on shipping times. Changes can occur due to circumstances like weather and staffing. I apologize we have no communication from this customer via email and our phones have been out of service due to a service outage. On 12/30/2023 I placed an order for a holster and I have never received it. **** from sales said that they dont work holidays or weekends and the orders are usually filled within three business days but that has not been the case it is now the 10 th of January well past the weekends the holidays and still no holster. They also dont answer email they dont answer phone calls it appears they ************ peoples money.Business response

I myself have been in constant contact with the customer about this order. I even replied to emails on the weekend. Since the customer has requested a refund we find it in both our interest to cancel and refund the order. I will do so without delay.Customer response

I ordered 2 knives from this company about a month ago, after having trouble with not being able to track the order and the order not arriving when it was said to be I tried to email the business several times with no response, I also called several times but no one answered the phone. At this point I would just like to cancel the order and receive a refund- since they did charge my card.Business response

Ordered a Knife on 11/04/22 and received a confirmation email and the charge to my credit card the same day.I have received no further status or contact from MPS Outfitters after 3 email requests and 3 voice messages to them. Good Morning,
Our apologies for the delay in our response. I do not have any communication (emails) from the complainant. I do see one voicemail that was received but was not returned. I understand the concern. The item ordered is a very difficult item to keep in stock. Our stock was sold before the order was placed and our stock level updated. Since this has reached the level of the BBB I will cancel and refund this order immediately.
